I love this machine and so do my customers
My machine arrived in great packaging and everything was intact. I was actually quite impressed with how well it was packaged. Though there were no instructions, I found that I was able to play around with it and figure everything out. Everything worked and still works as it should. I use it at my craft fairs and love this product, and so do the people who come to my table. The only thing that is a bit tough with this vending machine is how hard it is to turn the knob and how quick the little door comes down, but overall it’s a great piece that I love having for my business.

Arrived screwed up, cannot remove the top from it
Purchased a few months back but was not ready to open until recently. The top is jammed on and there is no key to remove the top anywhere in the box. Adorable style but not usable by any stretch of the imagination. Cannot be opened and cannot be filled.

Super Cute for Cons and Fairs!
I absolutely adore this little capsules machine. It came with instructions, (2) sets of each key, and a film over the transparent glass windows to protect them. The packaging was perfect to prevent any damages. I like the fact that I can utilize different sized capsules (sold separately) for what I want to put in the machine.

Hope you know how to fix it yourself.
Updated review. Dropped to 2 stars. Constantly breaking and there is no instructions on how to fix this or reassemble the quarter turner. I reached out to customer service and they admitted they had no idea either and that they would contact their maintenance team for a manual. That was over a month ago. We still have no idea how to fix this and they didn't even send a replacement.

Terrible product!!!
Arrived damaged. So scratched up especially all over the plexiglass walls. The change reserve wouldn't open. There's no instructions so it took me a minute to figure out how to open the top. No matter what I tried though couldn't open to get to coins. Would never recommend this.

Broken
This machine was broken on arrival. But had to keep it as we were using it as a prop.
