No, product I received is not compatible with vacuumed cleaner I have. I called customer care for replacement or refund of the product, but they refused. Next time I would think 100 times before I place order.

Awful experience. This pipe does not fit the vacuum cleaner we have. When raised for return, it says it's non-returnable. What kind of a moron company. How would someone know by looking at the pipe that it would fit in their vacuum cleaner as though we make vacuum cleaners every day! Had lots of expectations but total disappointment. Please don't buy from this brand unless you are sure. They have a bunch of dumb policies which will lead to money wastage.
