As a frequent traveler I have been looking for a bag like this for YEARS. Finally someone created the genius idea of detachable wheels. I am surprised to have not seen this anywhere else. Although I haven’t used this bag yet, I can see it is extremely well made. While it’s not meant to replace a sturdy carryon, it is the perfect bag to take inside a carryon, if buying gifts to bring back, and not wanting to hoist a foldable bag on one’s shoulder or worse, buy another piece of rolling luggage. Every other bag out there either has wheels that won’t come off, or one size that doesn’t expand. Now I won’t have to bring one or two extra folding bags and wonder how I will lug them if checking my regular carryon; in the small size without the wheels attached this can be my personal item in addition to my carryon, for the plane and then if buying many things I can check my carryon, expand this and easily wheel it through the airport. Wheels are a necessity for me and the wheels on this look extremely durable. Thank you for finally making a bag like this! Oh and in response to the 10 people who responded to the weight question with “doesn’t weigh much” which is a useless response for any traveler who has to weigh luggage; I weighed it with the wheels and it is 2.6 lbs.

I travel a lot to different conventions. I never know if I'm going to be bringing anything back home with me. After a few trips of running to Walmart to grab a bag to pack I decided to search for collapsible travel bags. I came across this bag and figured I'd give it a shot. It has not disappointed!! It fills flat and weighs almost nothing, so it's great to pack in my suitcase. When all unzipped it holds a LOT, a full size carry on size. It has pockets on the outside door drinks or other items, packets on the inside. It also has detachable wheels so you can roll it. The fabric is great, the functionality is great, gorgeous black color, and is perfect for me! I would love if it had a strap door cross body, but I am very happy!!

This is a great bag. I took 1 star away bc it's so unstable standing up with you holding on to it, it's very annoyingly so and so bad to let go of it, you have to very securely brace it against something else. Super annoying. But still a great bag, I only use it for my sewing supplies like my roll of interfacing and my squares and cutting supplies and stuffing and iron and everything... It fits all the stuff I want it need in it. It rolls fairly well. Not perfectly straight, but still rolls good. Overall not bad, even tho super annoying at times lol.

This travel bag makes so much sense! The wheels are perfect, they are sturdy and still removable if you need to balance the bag on top of other suitcases. I recently had surgery before a 3-week European trip. This bag allowed me to roll the bag rather than carry it around. We took a small cheap airplane with poor luggage weight requirements, no problem since this carry-on expanded and we checked the bag as luggage. I expanded or reduced the size of the bag as needed. I purchased one for my daughter and she was just as impressed! My only suggestion to the manufacturer is to add a shoulder strap since I am tall and a leash or adjustable shoulder strap would have made it easier to roll when not fully expanded. This bag is a great ravel addition and a great value!

I purchased this with the goal of ease of expansion due to transportation size limits. And it is easy to expand and the material seems sturdy. But this bag is for someone either very short or relatively tall. There's no structure to the bag, so you forearms are providing all the structure. Be prepared for hand and arm pain once you reach the gate. Family members offered to help and agreed - this is awkward and uncomfortable and not helpful at all. The entire time I was using it, I was thinking that this would only be comfortable if it was filled with 2 equally sized pillows. And I feel bag even giving this away to someone else.

This is actually a fantastic piece of luggage and it may seem strange that I only give it a three star rating. If you read the description of the bag it mentions that it has a large rate of returns. I don't know for sure but I believe the reason why is the same reason I only rate it three stars. I'm the picture of the bag it shows what appears to be a telescoping handle. Their intent may have been to show that the bag has a strap in the back that would allow the bag to be able to fit on a luggage carrier but that is not explained, if in fact that is their intent. The bag is as described and for the price is great quality. I'm keeping the bag although it doesn't meet my needs for the occasion it was purchased for. The wheels are easy to install and remove. The bags capacity is more than adequate for a piece of carry on luggage, especially when you open it to full size. But if you are counting on a telescoping handle this is not the bag for you. Had it had the handle or was not pictured with what appears to be a telescoping handle. And if I wasn't looking for a bag so equipped I would have given it a better rating. Be assured that if you are looking for an expendable bag that is light eeight, rolls easily will collapse requiring little storage space when not in use, is inexpensive and comes without a telescoping handle this is the perfect bag for the occasional traveler that would be worthy of a four or five star rating. Update J used the bag for two days while waiting for the replacement that I ordered. I believe i mentioned that the bag rolls easily and it does, however it's awkward for a person of any height, I would guess, over 5'7" to use the bag if they want to roll it because the straps are so short. And even a short person might have problems if they don't pack the bag just right as it's suggested or warned in information on line and some other reviews mentioned. When pulling the bag I had to bend o er to so and that was with the bag fully extended. I believe even a short person would find using this bag would find the bag awkward unless fully extended. Also if not loaded just right the bag has a tendency to lean and tip over. After my experience with the bag three stars is the best I would give this bag in the heat of circumstances for use as a rolling bag. As a carry on piece of luggage that you would carry rather than roll one might give it a better grade.
