The is by far the best Maltodextrin powder I have purchased. I am able to mix it with oily substances that normally are not water soluble and add to beverages. This powder keeps the oils from separating from the liquid even once chilled. Other brands I have tried have sunk to the bottom making a gelatinous sludge. **Must be mixed at room temp or warmer but can be chilled once completely mixed into your liquid of choice.**
