**Q: Do we need to oil the bearings? If so, will the bearing covers pop off to give access? Do you recommend a penetrating oil instead of taking apart?**
A: No need to oil the bearings. If you do it might get messy. Better to replace them if they get worn out. Should be able to get them at a skateboard shop.

A: Yes, we purchased the plasma car polyurethane replacement wheels for Amazon price of $17.99; our home has tile, wood, cement,  and carpet covered floors ( works great,leaving no mars of any kind )
