Another great Beurer product
This gadget from Beurer is astonishingly accurate and reveals how much or little we sleep. I had no problem installing the app, and connecting it to my phone. I can only recommend it if you want to monitor your sleep.

Good but let down by the app
For simplicity, you couldn't ask for more. Plug it in and slide it under your mattress roughly positioned to where your shoulder would be. The app, on the other hand, is poor and does not utilise iPhone capability and data sharing with a really poor UI. Best avoided, to be honest.

DO NOT BUY!
This product has been discontinued and Beurer have stopped updating the app. Which means it no longer connects to your phone. The product should be removed from the store.

An expensive way of satisfying my personal interest.
I have recently been having trouble sleeping and I wanted to analyse my sleep patterns to see if there is any reason why. I got this out of interest as I had used the wrist based activity trackers before. Firstly it is a bit fiddly in the set-up as it has to be plugged in and you might not have that many bedside sockets. Secondly it has to be under the mattress at a specific distance. Thirdly you need the app installed to see the results. Once it is set-up then you get your data but apart from my personal interest it is hard to see what the data means. How exactly can this have an input into changing my patterns I remain unconvinced. The biggest downside is the cost. I don't know that this is justifiable just for an out of interest question.

Good sleep monitor
Very happy with this product, connected easily by blue tooth to phone, worked well with i phone 5S on monitoring sleep patterns. I would recommend this product. Easy to use. Data easy to read on phone and track your sleep patterns.

I like it a lot, do I need one, probably not
You receive a disc type sensor that you pop under the mattress, this is then paired with a smart Phone, I used my Samsung Galaxy S6. You down load an app, which will you will then need to add all your details, your age, sex, height, weight, what your target sleep time is etc. That’s about all you need to to, the sensor will do the rest. Good Wi-Fi is essential, as is a power point for the sensor and you would need a charged and the Phone plugged in. Couple of things I don’t like, I don’t like the sensor being connected to the mains, If I get out of bed at night, I’m likely to trip on the cable, I never have my phone in the bedroom, to many notification noises, text messages, etc, I know I can put it on silent, but the screen can still illuminate the room. Information given by the sensor is very good, its very interesting to see the information, I’m a good sleeper normally, have some very early mornings as I’m an event organiser so can be very tired before sleep. The sensor gave me a high score for sleeping most nights, nothing to be concerned about, I was interested in the heart rate which gave a mixed reading it claims to monitor Heart rate using the sleep sensor, its alleged to record precisely and reliably your heart rate, respiratory rate and movements, hard to know how accurate it all is but made an interesting bit of research. This is a good item, do I need one, no, do you need one at £126?

Couldn't get it to work
I tried two nights in a row, but it just wouldn't pick up any sleep. Maybe I had a monday model, but this one did not work or I did not get it to work.
