It does exactly what it says. We had ice within 10 minutes. Outstanding bit of machinery and very simple to use.

Great ice maker, small enough to sit on the side or store in a cupboard. The ice is dispensed in about 12 minutes, it doesn’t hold the ice so as soon as it’s made you have to use it or put it in the freezer for later use. There is not much difference between the large and small ice cubes. It makes a noise but not that loud. You simply pour water into the filling area, we use filtered water so as not to scale it up. You have a plastic grommet under that you can empty the old unused water out of. It is not self cleaning so requires a weekly flushing with descaler or specific icemaker cleaner.

This is a small, yet effective ice machine… I think it’s brilliant so far, simple to use… I don’t have space in my freezer for ice and within an hour, it was making ice…I didn’t think it would really work.. but it does! I love it💕

Slightly smaller and louder than I’d expected but it is very efficient and fits nicely in my kitchen

The Ice cubes are a good size (on the large setting) and it does self clean effectively (although I've only had for two months) but the reason I'm only giving it 3 stars is because even after the two months and leaving the lid open as it's suggested for more than two weeks the machine still smells like fish and it's a strong smell of fish, however there's no after-taste when it comes to the ice cubes (I have to stress that) but my small kitchen stinks of fish! It's embarrassing when I receive my food deliveries because I know I can smell it so the delivery driver must also, it smells as though I'm making prawn flavoured ice cubes. It's not pleasant but it's something I think future buyers should be aware of. Other than the smell, I've no issues with the functions.

This ice machine has been a life saver! I absolutely LOVE IT!! One downfall, I wish there were cleaning products and utensils included. Nevertheless, we’re making it work!
