Mixed in a monotub with about 2 pounds of mycelium, using layered method. Was careful about sterility, but with 2 pounds of mycelium, it would be tough to screw up. Bought the spawn grain bag from north spore. I had a huge yield in about 3 weeks. Could barely see the substrate through the thick mushroom growth. Just used limited oxygen, grow lights, steady temp of 75, and constant moisture. Inside moisture should be 95 to 99%.
