This brand is quite good and I am hoping to get different flavors of it.In case you have never had this, this is actually a gel formed from a 'mother' liquor (a live culture) added to coconut water (which is the liquid endosperm in coconuts that becomes the coconut 'meat' made into flakes or grated fresh). The reaction of the culture to the coconut water is to convert it to a solid sheet of gel-like consistency . This is cleaned and cut into pieces. Then boiled and cooked in syrup to make nata.The way you serve it is usually for desserts. Mix it with canned fruits like oranges and pineapple and fold it into agar or gelatin for a different 'Jello' mold.Make almond gelatin and cut into cubes.
