That aside once the issue had been found the issue was very swiftly and effectively resolved. They did not ask me to update this review, however I felt it was only fair to do so. I can now rate the product as I suggested as a full 5 stars, though I would ask them to improve spares support in the future. This would have been 5 stars but without UK customer support it only gets 3 This is a really good product and does the job very well, i took the gamble on a start up unkown to me brand and it paid off. The only problem and to me it is a big one is the lack of UK customer support. There is a design issue with the perspex front panel on the basket that can lead to the mounts breaking away. I have tried to order a replacement and there is never any stock and the UK customer support email address goes unanswered. It is a great air fryer but its long term use might be limited but the lack of support.
