Perfect size 🧊 for drink's

I love these now. I had to get used to how to remove the cubes, but once I did, it was well worth it and I bought more. I read some reviews about other trays that were all silicone and they kept mentioning a film on the cubes when removed so I stayed away from them. These only have silicone on the bottom so that makes it easier to remove the cubes, the rest of it is plastic. We didn't see any "film" on the cubes- even on the bottom, so I stuck with this type. In a covered Yeti cup, 3 cubes last all day and then some, so less melting like in smaller cubes and therefore, less water used. I'm happy with them.

I wanted to make large ice cubes for cocktails and got one of the flexible, silicone ice trays last year. The ice picked up the freezer odors and when I washed the silicone tray, the ice then had a soapy taste. I got this hard plastic ice tray instead and it’s much better. No odors, and the lid fits better. Only downside is that it’s a bit harder to get the ice cubes out, but you just have to run it under hot water for about 10 seconds and then squeeze the flexible bottom and they come out.

I have the round silicone ice ball forms and they are nice but really hard to get out of the mold when they are done. This one makes six at a time and is easy to get the cubes out once done. The shape makes it hard to fit some glasses but still works well!

I used it to freeze hot dog Chilli one cube will do to dogs . Worked out well

I only use these now.

Cubes will not pop out of the cell by pressing on the rubber bottom. The tray doesn’t flex. It shattered the morning after it arrived and went in the recycling bin.
