Fitted onto existing shower hose with no issues. Been in place a couple of months and no leaks.

Product is very similar to the one it replaced, arrived quickly, well made and the handle looks to be made from porcelain, and was easy to fit, although the water flow is slightly less than the one it replaced. Did have a problem in that water leaked from the joints at both ends of the ceramic handle area and made the seller aware of this, who quickly offered to send a replacement, which I accepted. Giving this seller 5 stars based on quality and their excellent response to replace the original faulty item. No problems since with the replacement.

We purchased this shower handset as a replacement for our original one which sat on a cradle of our bath/shower mixer tap. This one fits perfectly on the cradle with supports which are 11cm apart. This shower handset is of good quality with a chrome shower head and fixings. The handle looks to be made of porcelain, but instead is high quality plastics/resin? This is a good thing as it makes for a lighter handset. We particularly like the larger diameter shower head (compared to our previous one), which disperses the water wider while maintaining pressure. There is also a raised rubber ring around the shower head to help prevent damage or marking your bath should it be dropped. This rubber ring can be removed so it can be cleaned underneath the remove a build up of limescale etc, although it is quite tight to get it back on afterwards. I have only given this item 4 stars as i feel the description for the item could be better, like informing perspective customers as to the actual materials this item is made from and dimensions of shower head and what size cradles this will fit in as like others i'm sure? I had to read through all the Q&As and reviews to see if this was suitable for my needs.

Shower was excellent value and quick delivery. A perfect fit to replace my old shower head. Very sturdy

Just what I expected

Elegant shower head. Water flows through all holes consistently (I've had some shower heads in the past where the flow is slow and block). The shower head looks fab and functions well. Highly recommend.

I like the speed of delivery and ease of fixing. It was to replace the exisiting design.

Very nicely made - heavy and good quality. I'm pretty sure the handle is made of porcelain rather than plastic, which is a clear plus in my view. Unfortunately had to return it because I couldn't bend it down to the right angle using my existing shower head holder (the metal traditional showerheads tend to sit fairly horizontally in a typical showerhead holder compared to plastic showerheads, which curve downwards), but I liked it so much that I was reluctant to send it back!

El que teníamos se cayó y la parte cerámica se rompió en mil pedazos. Después de ir a todas las tiendas que podáis imaginar la busqué en Amazon. Es más robusto que el que teníamos. En la foto no se aprecia muy bien pero el mango cerámico no es liso, tiene unas pequeñas líneas para facilitar el agarre (así no se nos volverá a caer).

Calidad muy buena, mango cerámico y la resta metal, solo que si sale agua muy caliente y tienes la mano fuera de la cerámica pues te puedes quemar, por ejemplo cuando estás esperando para que salga el agua caliente para luego poder ajustar al gusto, por lo demás nos gusta muvho y va muy bien.
