Results will vary from person to person
I'm not sure how much these help. I have been taking them for a week and whilst I seem to be productive, I'm not sure if it is any more than I usually am. However, I can safely say that they have no side effects whatsoever. The results will vary from person to person and I suspect that some people will find these very helpful.

High Q Brain capsules - 60 caps, 1 month supply
I've been trying out these brain supplement capsules called High Q which are supposed to help with focus, memory, and just general mental sharpness. The idea is that they give your brain a bit of a boost (useful at my age!) with a blend of different ingredients. They've got things like AlphaGrain, which is a specific type of Alpha GPC designed for brain health, and Bacopa Monnieri, an ingredient used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine that's supposed to help with memory and stress. They also include L-Theanine, which is often found in tea and is known for its calming effects, and L-Tyrosine, an amino acid that your brain uses to make neurotransmitters – these are basically the chemical messengers in your brain. The capsules themselves are pretty standard – easy enough to swallow, and I didn't notice any weird aftertaste, thankfully. You're supposed to take two a day with food. After taking them, it's hard to say if I've suddenly become a genius though! I wouldn't say they've drastically changed my life or anything, but I have noticed I seem to be able to concentrate a little better, especially when I'm working on something that requires a lot of focus. For example, I was working on a particularly tricky report recently, and I found it easier to stay on task and not get distracted by every little thing. Whether that's entirely down to the capsules or just a good week, I couldn't say for sure, but they certainly didn't hurt. They've packed quite a few other things into these capsules it seems. Besides the ingredients I mentioned, there's Uridine, Lion's Mane Mushroom, Phosphatidylserine, Astragin, Maritime Pine Bark Extract, Huperzine-A, Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin B12. Some of these, like the B vitamins, are pretty well known for supporting brain function. Others, like Lion's Mane Mushroom and Huperzine-A, are a bit more niche but are also linked to cognitive benefits. They also use some other stuff to hold the capsule together, like rice bran, magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide. My only real gripe is the HDPE plastic bottle. It's a bit of a shame they didn't opt for something more eco-friendly, like a biodegradable container as that would have been a smarter choice.

A Decent Brain Boost, but Not a Miracle Worker
I’ve been using these capsules for a little while now, and I can’t say I’m ready to sign up for a PhD just yet. These capsules boast a hefty blend of brain-boosting ingredients, from AlphaGrain (for brain health) to Bacopa Monnieri (for memory and stress). There’s even L-Theanine for concentration and L-Tyrosine for performance under pressure. While I haven’t felt like I’ve suddenly unlocked some hidden genius potential, I have noticed a slight improvement in focus, especially during long work sessions. That’s probably enough for me to keep taking them, even if I don’t feel like a walking encyclopaedia just yet. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave any funny aftertaste, which is always a win in my book. The bottle is a bit of a letdown with its non-eco-friendly plastic, but that’s a minor gripe. Price-wise, they’re not the cheapest supplement out there, but they pack a lot of high-quality ingredients into each dose. Whether they’re worth it depends on how much of a mental edge you’re hoping to gain. Pros: ✔ Good mix of quality ingredients ✔ Easy to swallow ✔ No weird aftertaste or side effects ✔ Improved focus and concentration Cons: ✖ Pricey for some ✖ No instant "genius" effect ✖ Non-eco-friendly packaging

Great combination
I’ve been trying out the High Q brain supplement capsules, which are designed to support focus, memory, and mental sharpness. They contain a mix of well-known nootropic ingredients like AlphaGrain (a form of Alpha GPC for brain health), Bacopa Monnieri (used in Ayurvedic medicine for memory and stress), L-Theanine (found in tea, known for its calming effects), and L-Tyrosine (an amino acid that helps produce neurotransmitters). The capsules themselves are easy to swallow with no unpleasant aftertaste, and they recommend taking two per day with food. While I haven’t experienced any life-changing cognitive breakthroughs, I have noticed a slight improvement in focus, particularly during tasks that require sustained attention. For example, I found it easier to stay engaged while working on a complex report. It’s hard to say whether this was entirely due to the supplement or just a good week, but either way, they didn’t hurt! In addition to the main ingredients, these capsules also include Uridine, Lion’s Mane Mushroom, Phosphatidylserine, Astragin, Maritime Pine Bark Extract, Huperzine-A, and essential B vitamins, all of which have been linked to cognitive benefits in some way. The only downside for me is the packaging—it's an HDPE plastic bottle, which isn’t the most eco-friendly choice. It would have been nice to see a biodegradable or recyclable alternative. Overall, this supplement offers a well-rounded blend of ingredients and is worth trying if you’re looking for a gentle cognitive boost. Just don’t expect an overnight transformation into a genius!

effective
I have been taking these for about two weeks and have been less foggy and feel like i have been less tired. They are not the best to swallow, they would be a lot better as a gummy. They are good value for money and you get a fir amount for the price.
