Ive had a bad knee for 40 some years. 6 months ago, I fell and broke my tibia just below the knee. After it healed the pain when i walked was intense. When I saw the brace advertised I decided to give it a try. The result was truly remarkable. The pain is still there but greatly reduced. The brace is comfortable and not bulky, fits well, stays in place and really supports my knee. At first, trying to adjust the straps seemed a bit much but once done, its like hand in glove; I love it. The material and workmanship is first rate and made to last. I am considering ordering another for my other knee because it too is weak. A hospital offered a similar device but wanted 700 dollars. So the price for this one is a real bargain.

It was quite easy to figure out and put on. I did have to read the instructions again to figure out how to lengthen a strap. I thought they sent a strap that was too short, but after re-reading the instructions I realized that the Velcro connector that creates the permanent loop was Velcro on both sides making it movable. There is plenty of adjustment. I am sure that it would fit almost all adult leg sizes. It is so nice to feel relief. One other thing to note. it defaults to a right side brace. I looked at a couple of other options and then came back to this one and forgot to check left so I had to return and re-order to get the correct one.

Amazing brace! Here is what I was diagnosed with: 1) Bone stress fracture at the knee joint (inner thigh bone); measured 1 x 1.1 cm and has bone marrow swelling (an edema) around it 2) Tear in the medial meniscus - horizontal oblique tear 3) Mild MCL sprain 4) Fluid and mild swelling in the knee 5) Early-to-moderate cartilage wear Could barely walk but had already planned - and paid for - a vacation so had to find something to get me by. Enter this brace on Amazon. The sequence numbers on each strap make putting on the brace a breeze (the sequencing was always the number one problem I had with other braces). And, while I’m still walking with a limp, it’s more of a pimp walk now than a full on gimp. This brace gave me the confidence to walk around during our recent vacation so I highly recommend it for support and slight pain relief.

Some of the time it works really good and other times not so good if at all. It’s very temperamental and you have to get it set up on the right spot on the side of your knee and then you don’t wanna put too much pressure on it or your knee will get so sore from the brace and then you can’t wear it at all. It’s a learning curve, but I guess it does help when it works.

This is a fantastic knee brace, especially for active sports. It’s lightweight and I love the fact that the unloader feature can be adjusted to mitigate medial or lateral knee pain. I felt immediate relief after using this brace.

Exceptional quality, and a huge improvement to personal quality of life and mobility as well. I have atrophied muscle around my knee due to spinal cord injury, resulting in an unstable joint. This brace does an amazing job of stabilizing the join and allowing me to be functional without pain. Do be sure to read the manual and make proper adjustments (including the provided range-of-motion inserts as required). I am a Big Guy, and the straps have more than enough adjustability for a safe and comfortable fit.

I need a knee replacement, but my surgeon and I decided I could wait a bit. She recommended getting fitted for a brace. The provider put me in an elaborate brace, and I was supposed to come back in about 10 days after getting an authorization. While I waited, I found this brace, which appears to be identical. This one is $139, my insurance co-pay was going to be $390 on the other one. I ended up returning this brace as I am not in pain most of the time and being realistic about myself, I knew I was unlikely to wear such a cumbersome device. The quality seemed quite good. It offered excellent adjustability on my quite large thigh and calf. I believe many people would benefit from it. It actually looks pretty cool, and the straps seemed like they would be comfortable.

This is a quality product for sure,it simply did not work for me.l tryed many adjustments,but did not alter the product in any way. It simply did not provide adequate pain relief in my case. May work great for others.

The product worked well initially, but after just few days of minimal use, the adjustment nut came loose and detached entirely. This suggests a possible design or manufacturing issue. Unfortunately, this experience has affected my confidence on Ovation medical products, as I expected better durability for normal use.
