At a very reasonable price this water cooler takes up minimal space on countertop. Quickly dispenses ice cold and hot water from the 5 gal jug (can also take a 2 gal container). Sturdy build. Attractive.

Bought it and it worked great but right at 2 months it stopped running and hot water doesn't come on anymore. Very disappointed.

We have been using ours now for about 3 weeks now and have not had a single issue. Very easy set up as well, my sun had it set up and had ice before I even got home from.

The product didn’t work the way it was supposed to and it stopped getting cold after a few months.

Not the best but it’s good water not the coldest but it’s chill at least

I really love my water cooler dispenser, but unfortunately it stopped working after a few months and now it will not turn on looks like the motor stopped working, I would like to k ow if I can get a replacement or my money back?

It sits nicely on the counter and doesn’t take up much space. Its cools pretty nicely even the warming setting is pretty awesome. It was a great investment

The purchase was okay we liked the idea of it sitting on the counter, but now we have had it like 2 months and it leaks from the top now bummer
