I had tried a couple of other brands of Lysine for my cold sore outbreaks. I noticed nothing with the other 2 lysine products. This one was the only one that actually reduced my cold sores. I do have to crush them up to swallow them as they are large, but I do believe that this is a great product. A secondary note: my skin seems to have improved taking these.

It has no smell. It is a rather large pills. Keep that in mind. I did not see an effect on my skin or sleep quality
