if your into your modification of cars and dont like the standard head unit, this is an absolute belting piece of kit(after you by your pi3/3b+) to set up as a integrated satnav/bluetooth/music system. couldnt recommend it enough!

I bought this to update my original pihut stand for the 7" touchscreen as this case looked more modern and the stand was adjustable., but planned to use with a new Raspberry 4 which is not listed as supported.Note the Raspberry PI 4 DOES NOT FIT this case out of the box, but with a little bit of cutting with a sharp knive around the mini HDMI connectors on the case it fits perfectly. I hope that the manufactirers can redesign the case molding to be compatible with the new Raspberry PI 4 as the case is ideal for it. The USB Ports and the Ethernet RJ45 connectors are swapped on a RP4 so the raspberry pi cover does not fit with a Raspberry PI4 installed.I had to change the lcd_rotate=2 command in the /boot/config.txt to lcd_rotate=0 to rotate the display the right way round for this display.The work necessary to fit a RP4 into this case was worth it. It works gor me. Only reason not 5 stars is that it needs work to make it fit.

This device deserves a 5 star rating. I dropped one because I was mighty annoyed that after paying for the frame, plus import duty, I discovered that I could purchase the same device from Pimoroni for nearly half the price. Everything fitted like a glove. I am pleased as punch with it, and would strongly recommended it to anyone wanting to fit a Pi screen to their Raspberry Pi computer

This product is well worth its $27.99 price. The design is very well thought out allowing you to attach your touchscreen and then connect your Raspberry Pi via the longer ribbon cable they supply. Beyond how well things fit together and how sleek and functional the design is, I like that there is a snap on cover that holds the Raspberry Pi in place. Rather than taking out some screws to remove the board when you want to access the micro SD card, you just pop off the cover. Also, once everything is in place there is still access to the GPIO header making it easy to attach an add-on board like a DAC converter. They also include a micro-USB Y-cable to power the screen and the Rapsberry Pi.Another feature I like is that the unit folds nearly flat when you're ready to put it away. An included bonus is that they supply the hardware to attach the unit to something other than the base they provide.I agree that they could have included some simple instructions. This isn't a complex case, but you really do need some instructions to get it right the first time. Luckily there are a few videos on YouTube that will help you through the five minute process.Some reviewers complain that there is no access to the HDMI port. I think this was done on purpose because, out of the box, the HDMI port is disabled when the touchscreen is attached. Apparently there is a software solution allowing simultaneous use of the touchscreen and an HDMI monitor, but the average user won't use both.Bottom line: if you are using the official Raspberry Pi 7" Touchscreen, this is the case for it.

Permet de caser l'écran et le Raspberry dans un seul boitier. La seule perte c'est la connexion DVI mais on peut toujours sortir le rpi au besoin. Livré avec un cable en Y pour utiliser une seule alimentation pour l'écran ET le Rpi.

モニターはジャストフィット、pi3model b+ は、蓋が本体に若干、干渉していました。カッターで少し削りました。許容範囲です。
