Has anyone use this to make jerky? My customers want an extra spicy. I made a habanero jerky that came out good and spicy but some want it hotter.

I will tell you this. My family and me like things hot. But, this here is hot not spicy just hot. You will not need much to make your jerky. I would however experiment with how hot this can get on a small batch. And work it to your liking from there
