Why did you pick this product vs others?:Absolutely amazing! My son wanted to order this for his step dad and it turned out amazing. He was so shocked how accurate it looked like him. Communication with the person creating it was great, very nice and kept me updated on the process. I will definitely keep them in mind for future needs!

Talented, patient artists!
Such a fantastic gift! The customer service is excellent - they made every change I requested and were so patient with me. It was worth the money for such a precious keepsake. Packaged very securely. Key note: They send you photo updates each step of the way to get your feedback, and through those messages you can attach more pictures - so a close up of a face or a detail. Unfortunately the emails from their customer support went to my junk mail and so I missed them for weeks. So check your junk mail!
