Quality is fair. They need to design this product with a couple of braces to support the buckets. It will work for light duty applications.

waste of time
this rack is flimsy and completely un-usable . No bracing at all under the rack, so if you plan to carry more than a bag of cotton balls the rack will buckle. The one I have broke the first time my son drove with it installed (it was empty). Unless you have a metal shop and can fabricate some bracing, don't waste your money on this thing.

Hubby says it works great. No problems, assembly was easy. All the other guys are jealous of his setup!!! Thank you

very flimsy , cheap metal, I would recommend not getting if gonna put any weight in it. It sags when I put a 6 gal bucket with a fish finder on it.

Overall, carrier meets my needs with some modification and addition of a brace form bottom carrier bar to 4 wheeler tow bar to improve load capacity. Carrier was harder to mount on composite rear deck on newer Polaris 4 wheelers, required removal of the composite deck and cutting the mount plates supplied to go around existing fence rail on composite deck. In addition the carrier can carry only minimal weight loads and requires an additional brace to keep it from bouncing with reasonable & heavier loads like fishing gear, bucket of water/minnows and other gear in a crate.

Missing parts
Item had obviously been returned by someone else and was sold without an inspection, was missing all 12 bolts required for assembly and other pieces were rusted nylon lock nuts were used! Very frustrating if you are going to sell a returned item atleast inspect it properly.
