this is a bad product i want to return it
Please guide in returning this product, this has stopped functioning, instead of steam it throws out hot water. please help

Powerful steamer and I love the fact that they give you different attachments depending on what you're using. Works very well be mindful of how hot it can get. This is for big jobs but you can use them on small.

Multi purpose steamer
Great steamer! Purchased it for getting wrinkles out of new curtains but now I use it weekly on my clothes. Be careful not to drop it; the water reservoir can break. Had to repurchase because I dropped the first one. My fault entirely.

Works great especially on delicate clothing
This steamer has been awesome! Works great getting out tough wrinkles and is great for hard to care for clothing. Not harsh. Highly recommend. Wish we had so etching lome this a kon time ago. We ditched the iron.
