Would this remove 3000 grit sanding marks, used with a da polisher?

This product is designed for rotary buffer use. If you are looking to remove sanding marks with a DA polisher you really should consider our M100 or M110. They can do that do that job with the right pad and a good DA machine.

What's the difference between the heavy/medium cut cleaners and the 105/205 compounds?

Compounds are the heaviest duty, generally used for heavy oxidation and scratches on metal, NOT plastic. The polishes are medium cut products, basically for light oxidation. and then the waxes are of course the lightest cut, for everyday cleaning and waxing. In each product line, there are variations from product to product. Hope this helps! Eric

dont know for sure but depends on how bad the stain is if bad maybe fine sandpaper would work all depends on what kind of results you are looking for ?

A good one step polish for fine scratches

Great for single stage paint

Just the right amount of cut I was looking for I used this on a 65 mustang as part of a last step to some remove swirls, with 47 year old single stage paint I didn't want to over do it and damage the paint. Actually used a microfiber pad on a polisher and got the results I was looking for, a light cut removed deeper swirls and some strange water stains. The dimishing abrasives did the trick and prevented me from over doing it, this is great for vintage cars, allowing you to get you a near perfect paint correction while protecting orginal or old paint.
