Contains aspartame!
Nice tasting but didn’t think to check the ingredients before buying - it contains aspartame. AVOID.

Very poor.
This 'pickled'' ginger is full of artificial colouring and flavouring. Really not nice. Cheap, but not worth it.

Disgustingly sweet, awful product
I should have read the small print instead of the 5 star reviews because this supposed sushi ginger is the worst thing I've tasted in decades. Besides have aspartame in it, it's way too sweet and nothing like quality sushi ginger. Just to add insult to injury I'd purchased 2 and now find I can't return the unopened one. I wouldn't even donate these to a food bank! They're going straight in the bin.

Not sure if I got a bad batch or if the pickle is meant to be as bitter as it is but no sweetness at all and very different from the sushi ginger I am used to.

I did not read the ingridience description before purchesing this product, which was my mistake. The product is not good and all and tastes like sweetener.

I could not eat mold was presant
As I took the plastic flim off the jar leaked. As I opened the lid and top cover was full of mould really disappointed. Throw out straight away as I didn't want mould spores in my house.

Too sharp
Tastes artificial , not keen . And I’ve eaten a lot of ginger. Also sliced too large for my liking but then I do prefer the grated pickled ginger .

This product is full of sweeteners, preservatives and E numbers. Has a very synthetic taste.
