Gives your hips a nice hug
I am wearing this as I type this review. The belt gives your hip a squeeze/hug helping to alleviate my sacroilliac discomfort. I cannot review its long term effect, but as of now, it is doing what it was intended for. The product arrived intact and well made: no frayed edges, velcro was intact and secured. I followed the sizing chart and the size I picked was perfect for my size. Follow the sizing chart, just make sure to measure the correct area where the product is supposed to be applied to: NOT YOUR WAIST!! MEASURE YOUR HIP AREA.

Be careful!
It worked okay, just be careful how tight you pull it. It can hurt you if pulled too tight. I was able to wear it for about 30 minutes at a time.

Great Support and Quality
I'm 5'4" and 175 (when I purchased the large). I have chronic lumbar issues and it helps a lot. Great compression and support. Very comfortable and can hide under clothes easily. Great quality as well. I ended up getting a XL as well and used it when I was pregnant. I use it when cleaning or holding my baby for longer periods of time and can still move easily. Strong velcro and I like the adjustable straps to change tightness.

Why for women?
Works good for my SI joint support. Almost didn’t buy because it said “for women” why just for women? Cause it’s purple? Docked a star for that and does have a tendency to slip down. Was happy to find one that was made for a full size gal, or guy!

Really helps when I need do a lot work bending over. I'm chunky size. For prefect ald really helped with the pain. Also made very well. Velcro is very strong to.

Won’t stay in place.
Doesn’t stay in place. Constantly rides up. I was looking for a wider/taller SI belt, so initially thought this would be perfect because it is wider, however I quickly became disappointed realizing it will not stay in place. Every time I sit down or move around it rides up. This would be SO easily fixed if they would just put grippy material on it! There is a tiny bit of grippy stuff but the vertical placement is useless.

i got this because it was recommended by my doctor to help with pelvic pain in pregnancy. unfortunately it never wanted to stay in place and did not help with my pain. it was also kind of bulky so if you have to wear it in your day to day like it was uncomfortable

This is an instant winner! I have had SI joint issues and serious lower back pain on and off for years but it has really flared up over last few months. Finding can't tolerate pain relief so thought would see if this support would help. The relief as soon as I put it on and adjusted it was instant !! Really good quality, strong velcro,easy to use, and fits well under clothes. I feel so supported, mobile again and pain at the moment is zero! Very good value for money!
