The powder did the job! We were despairing because we suddenly had an infestation of carpet moth cocoons on the walls and skirting boards behind two sofas. When we pulled the sofas away from the walls, we discovered dozens and dozens of the cocoons with little maggot-like larvae popping their heads out and darting back in. Bought some cedarwood oil and wooden blocks without realising that doesn't help when you already have an infestation. There were several holes in the carpet where the wool had been fully eaten away, and masses of tiny eggs were visible (the size of sugar grains). Vacuumed everything up as best as possible and dismantled the sofas to find dozens more hiding away inside. Wherever the powder was sprayed, no further cocoons emerged. Covered most of the area beneath both sofas and around the skirting boards of the entire room. Then no more cocoons for two weeks. Two more appeared, but my guess is that these somehow missed the powder and therefore didn't die. Have put down more powder in those places. Instead of vacuuming it up and clogging the vacuum, I have simply brushed the powder into the carpet to work on any remaining eggs that may have been in spots I missed. I have no doubts about its efficacy, however. I noticed a couple of dead woodlice the other day along the skirting board. When I counted, there were 13 dead woodlice along one wall and one dead spider. I'm satisfied that this powder is perfect. It's simply a matter of reaching all the places where the eggs have been laid and/or where the larvae have wriggled. I will continue to check every couple of weeks for strays, but I'm fully confident we now have it under control.

Easy to use and effective

Very effective and cured (at least, for the time being) my persistent clothes and carpet moth larvae problem. I’ve got through a lot of it but it works - the powder is good too and also works outside to reduce any invasion problems too. It is quite dangerous stuff so try not to use the spray setting without a p3 mask and always wash your hands afterwards. Very little smell, reasonable value for money and easy to use.

Works brilliantly on the carpet critters but a word of caution - do NOT use a Dyson to vacuum it up. I did and despite cleaning the filters and the whole machine repeatedly, it has comprehensively wrecked it. Use a conventional vacuum with a bag instead.

My father in law found holes in the carpet under a chair and cupboard in the front room and adjoining dining room, we found this was caused by carpet moths, we hoovered and washed the carpets everyday for about 3 days and they would keep coming back appearing a couple of hours after cleaning. I found this product and gave it a try, after the first night of spraying in the affected areas the moths have gone! Sprayed a couple more times and put the powder down just in case but still no moths / larvae, it’s been a month since. The spray doesn’t smell or mark the carpets 👍🏻

Good products but be careful when using the powder. Squeezed the bottle and insert flew out allowing bottle contents to just pour out.

Maybe I didn't have a bad infestation but the products worked like magic. I prefer the powder as the spray can get in your throat even with the mask on, so in future I'll just order the powder (for repeat treatments as you are supposed to do it regularly to keep the pesky bugs at bay)., however the spray is useful for tiny cracks and for clothes. Anyway, within a week, most moths had disappeared and now I am moths free! The only complaint is the dispenser for the powder. The insert with the hole to spray the powder was loose and kept coming off, so a lot of powder feel out. Not a problem as I then brushed it where I wanted it to go and was probably better dispersed that way. Anyway found another top that fits and use that now (and the brush as it worked so well).
