I’m really impressed with the Smart Watch! The HD screen is bright and clear, and it feels very comfortable to wear with the two included straps. I love that I can make and answer calls directly from the watch, and the AI voice assistant makes it even more convenient. The health features like heart rate, SpO2, and sleep monitoring are accurate and helpful, and the 100+ sports modes give me plenty of options to track my workouts. It pairs easily with my iPhone and has great battery life too. Excellent value for the price highly recommend!

I got this smartwatch to start keeping track of a few fitness goals as well as have the ability to call and receive calls and receive texts when I am out and about. I expected the watch to be nice what I didn't expect was how - by the end of the first day wearing it I didn't know how I could have lived without it this far. This particular watch is truly a work of art. Every single feature on it works wonderfully and helped my life so much right from the start. Everything is highly accurate the functionality was amazing and easy the notifications were on time and worked well and it looks very nice on my wrist. It is clearly very durable and strong feeling. It does not have a fall detection feature. But it has pretty much everything else that you would expect from a fitness smartwatch. One feature that really impressed me was the stress feature ... it has the ability to measure how much stress you're under at the moment. On the text feature, it only receives, you cannot reply on the watch ... but you can make calls and receive calls on the watch. Highly recommend.

I researched Amazon to find a low cost smartwatch to use with an iPhone. I chose this particular brand of smartwatch due to its style and the many things it offers. The watch was very easy to set up with the downloaded app. I find this watch to be of good quality and an amazingly low cost for its accuracy and quality. The charging speed is fast and it holds a charge for a few days before needing recharging. The watch is relatively light and the size of the screen is very good. It is waterproof and messages and calls from my IPhone. The great part is that it interacts with SIRI to make calls right from the watch. I am totally satisfied with my purchase.

IOWODO R30Pro smart watch is a good smart watch for monitoring important exercising data, health data, sleep data, ect. However, if you want to set the time you'd have to use "Da Fit" app. You also have to use "Da Fit" app for calls, texting (receiving texts), ect. Why you need the app, is for using your mobile phone to make/receive calls, texting (receiving texts) and weather. Climate conditions are for you to select. That be where you live or a location that impresses you. Weather for a week ahead is listed as is the current climate conditions. However, excluding calls, climate and receiving texts, an app is not necessary. To make/receive calls (Get Smart) you need bluetooth. Of course, that means you need your smart phone within 30 feet. If it's further away your smart watch won't work as a phone. However, if you make/receive calls using your smart watch you don't have to get up to get your smart phone. Same applies if you take your smart phone with you everywhere. The lazy persons perfect tool. As with all smart watches this smart watch is not 100% accurate. It's close yet not accurate. It has the solution to 30 or more exercises. It shows how many calories are burned when skipping rope, jogging, bicycling, ect. And an app is not necessary! There's a button below the main button you press to see a list of exercises. Select the exercise you want's to do. After your workout or workouts, you can find the data for each workout by pushing the main button which displays time and weather then push it again. It shows a list from Activity to Settings. Select "Exercise Records" to see data for each of your workouts. Usually 3 to 5 workouts are included. Select each workout displayed to keep track of how long you worked out for and calories burned. You have the selection of deleting your workout sessions. To monitor Blood Oxygen, BPM and Stress is easy and also does not require an app. For the data to show correctly on the app, you must first click on Blood Oxygen (SpO2), Heart Rate (BPM) and Stress. Wait until you hear a low sound. Those sounds indicate the tests concluded. Each will show on the app afterwards. First they appear on the smart watch. Monitoring sleep data also does not require an app. I'm nocturnal or I'm usually up between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. To exclude people who work between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. is wrong! At first I could not use the sleep data. However, I changed the time on my phone to 10 p.m. when it was 6 a.m. That corrected the discrepancy. On the 'Da Fit' app you'll be confused by it's info. It actually tells you when you fall a sleep. However, the watch starts obeserving your sleep soon after you go to bed. Look for the times when you fall asleep and get up and how long you slept. It might confuse you. For example, the watch showed an 8 hour 37 minute sleep, between 11:07 p.m. and 10:26 a.m. The time I slept for was nearly correct. I excluded the first sleep stage which was long and the time I was up which was also long. Though I could not correctly time the sleep, the app was very helpful. Of the 11 hours 19 minutes I was in bed, I subtracted 2 hours 42 minutes to obtain the length of the first sleep stage (I was up) and the time I awoke then slept again. It took considerable time to sleep again. About 5 to 10 minutes or more must be subtracted if you notice your watch continues adding time to your sleep if you're in bed. It will continue to record sleep after your up, so to stop that take the watch off if you're still in bed. Look for the first sleep stage which is light sleep. If you notice your sleep data is incorrect always look for the first sleep stage. You can correctly learn your sleep by excluding the first sleep stage if you notice discrepancies. Also time you awake then sleep again. They need to improve their app. However, you can correct or learn how much sleep you obtained by using the first sleep stage and awake time. It does display how long you were up if you awake during sleep. It does not tell you how long you were up for however. Deep sleep, light sleep and REM sleep are displayed with each display showing how long you were in each stage. Perhaps their app will display awake time soon. You can't set the time on the watch without the app. That really agitates me. For that reason, a 4 rating instead of a 5, did I approve. The IOWODO R30Pro Smart Watch is a good selection for average folks. Been using it for over a month and like the smart watch. Unfortunately, an exception was made by the manufacturers to exclude a 24 hour sleep schedule. However, as written, you can correct by changing the time on your mobile phone.

First of all, I just want to appreciate Amazon for swift service to customers, I'm thrilled by them. The watch is amazing it does everything it supposed to do. It charges fast no problem there. The size is also reasonable enough. On waterproof, I'm yet to find out soon and come back. I can't tell its durability now because I have just bought it. But all in all, the watch is pretty nice to use and wear. I'm using IOS and it is connecting fast no sudden drop outs of connectivity. I'm able to make /receive calls on my watch nicely. The only disadvantage I have discovered when using lower versions of IOS is that, you can't make/receive calls but only rejecting the call ( I stand to be corrected). Generally, the watch is cool indeed and worth buying. I recommend the seller. Review coming from Zambia 🇿🇲 in Africa.

Great watch only problem is having to change it with the time change. It is difficult to adjust the time and find I have to reset the watch.

Works for me! I've owned these for two years. Bought it as a quick replacement while on vacation and never looked back. Light-weight and comfortable to sleep with. Ocean, Swimming, hot tubs etc. no issues so far. Battery gives out after a year but I just buy a new one. Only cons are notifications are text based snippets and not interactive but that's ok for me. Media controls are also basic start/stop skip forward and back but no fan art.

Everything works brilliantly, great smartwatch! This smartwatch has useful features that have helped me track my fitness. It has a good and many selection of watch faces. It shows the daily steps you've walked and the calories you've burned. I have found the steps monitor pretty accurate. It matched almost exactly what my treadmill said! It has been easy to set up and pair with my smartphone and I’m pleasantly surprised that the Battery life can reach a week or more! It connects to your phone via Bluetooth and notifications show on the screen. It has a built-in speaker and mic so you can use it for phone calls. Being able to answer the phone or make phone calls when my phone isn’t close by is such a great convenience. I will continue to watch the sleep monitor and stress monitor with interest as I haven’t had these features previously! Overall it is an excellent watch, crammed with features, and very comfortable to wear.
