Besides that, Im already seeing a change in my body. I started with two pills the night before and I saw less bloating from me eating. I bought this because of all of the Tik Tok reviews obviously, and figured why not. My gut health has gotten so lazy, I've tried so many detox pills, prune juice, random lemon juice concoctions, mira lax etc lol you name it. I can honestly say these pills will flush everything out of you. The reviews stating that theres no cramping and etc has to be paid reviews! I took 2 pills from the start and it tore my tummy up! It felt like an alien was trying to escape out of my lower intestines. There was nothing lady like about the smell I left in the bathroom so give your loved ones a heads up. Unless youre an entrepreneur or work from home, theres no way that you can take this for 15 days straight and think that you can be any kind of productive at work. I tend to take it at 9pm right before bed and by 7-8am Im awakened by brutal stomach cramps. Guzzling down a bottle of water does help temporarily but then the cramps kick right back up. I regret it each and everytime that Im left glued to the toilet... I literally havr to hug myself and think of a happier place... but then I do it all over again because it DOES work. Sidebar in case any one was wondering, it softens the poo so you dont have to worry about your starfish getting mangled, thats not where the pain comes from lol. Its just the vicious cramping and gurgling in your gut, if you can tolerate it then its worth it. I can only do this on my days off. I do recommend it but try to be mindful of what youre eating if youre actually trying to flatten your belly. You'll defeat the purpose if you go right back to eating big burgers and super sized drinks after pooping.
