I just received my 2 pack of lasers today.  Both work well and appear visually to be the same brightness. I do not have a laser power meter to confirm the mw output.  In all honestly if you are buying this you aren't after a high power laser to begin with,  so I'm not sure the power matters other than saying  "its bright,  and no - you aren't setting things on fire with this. "Note: most laser failures are attributed to crappy power supplies.  I suggest you make 100% sure your power supply can not exceed tree rated voltage under any conditions.So far so good, I am happy with the lasers. I  will update this review of there are any issues.

Maybe I got lucky, but no QA issues with the lasers. Using one of these bad boys to upgrade a Walmart jigsaw with a guideline - they're bright and perfect for the job (bonus: you can rotate the line if you're ok with t being a little fuzzier).

    Wobbly focus

The focus is quite wobbly, bit I was able to line the threads with masking tape (I didn't have any Teflon), to increase the diameter.  No more wobble.
