I wanted to try my luck by drinking powerade a couple a days ago, and that was a mistake, lol. I had to take ten pellets just so I could keep my meal in my stomach. I guess Powerade is VERY acidic! But, I also found out that the 30c ISN'T the strongest, so I'm going to start taking the 6c, and I have high expectations for the 6c. The 30c is pretty good but if I can get something stronger, why not? I never want to feel sick in public again, especially if I'm on a date or at an important event. Maybe the hiatal hernia and the other stomach issues will get better as I continue to lose more weight but until then I'll be buying these pellets.
