Bought for the boron and zinc. All the other jazz is icing. Great compared to other supplements on amazon as far as price. Can’t really comment on the bioavailability of the product as I haven’t had any bloodwork done. Pills are on the large side, and there are two to a dose. Update- upon beginning a return order, I couldn’t help but notice the 10$ Price increase. Mayhap this was initially scribal error, but something tells me that concurrent good reviews made the inevitable avarice rear it’s ubiquitous head. Not docking any stars, but not gonna order again. 🤨

I like the dosage of minerals. Will be buying again.

'Product appears fully loaded, superior ! That's why we got it, to make up for the mineral deficiency in our multivitamin, BUT the(ir, the manufacturer) customer service is EGREGIOUS ! @ least EIGHT times we asked questions about the content(s) NO DAMN REPLIES ! 'Even wrote(them) a letter(same questions), their posted address, returned UNdeliverable ! Incredible ! Crap !(still in the dark)

I've been losing a lot of hair and I was told that I needed to up take my minerals so I bought this and the only thing that I don't like is that they're very hard to swallow because of their size and shape. There's two pills to swallow so good luck with that.

I’m over 50 and I can feel a difference when I use these, especially when I wake up in the morning. Minerals are essential and this has them all.
