### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The capsules are perfect to take with the rest of my daily vitamins ...

Prefer these to the powders any day! Although i do still work a spoonful of EVL Nutrition BCAA powder into my protein shake, it gives everything I put it in a bitter taste that cannot be concealed. The capsules are perfect to take with the rest of my daily vitamins and to hold in my pocket before the gym. Definitely seeing the changes as well

I don't know how it works but it does. I am usually extremely sore after my boxing and kickboxing classes to the point of walking stiff and having a hard time sitting down without saying "ooof". But after using this, I am barely sore. I've even done two in a row classes which would never even cross my mind before taking BCAA.

Thought I'd like the convenience of capsules instead of powder. I'd have to take far too get the benefits I'm looking for. I definitely like powder (BSN) better. But if you're on a budget, I guess these are better than nothing. Good company though and I will still be using some of their other products. These were just so-so for me.
