Dependable
Have been using Muzzy fixed blade broadheads for about 20 years. Never had an issue, have harvested many deer/hog/black bear with these blades. PROS- inexpensive, accurate, reliable, will put down any large 200 + lbs. animal. IMO better than mechanical blades. I have not lost an animal with these and have harvested over 20. CONS- blades typically get ruined once you shoot through an animal and not reusable. Made in Taiwan.

Highly-rated for a reason ...
I bought these because they were well-evaluated on two sports/outdoor/hunting websites. I agree with the reviewers -- these are reasonable in cost, easy to assemble, and seem like they'll be highly effective. I was especially pleased with the carbide points and razor edges -- the latter fit-in well and came out of the packaging truly sharp; while the former were extremely hard, and fit the rest of the broadhead well. I'd add that each "plane" converging to form the point was concave (increasing the chance that this broadhead will "bite in" and then pass through any bone or cartilage when it contacts the prey). Also, once assembled these have NO MOVING PARTS: just as I dislike any shaving device with more than two blades (my face isn't any smoother, and you can only cut off a hair once) I also dislike any arrowhead that has to "unfold" or "click into position" to do its job. A friend told me that one of his pricey, "sophisticated" arrows hit the right part of the deer at the correct velocity and angle, underwent mechanical failure, and simply bounced off. Good shot, bad choice in technology -- he threw away that head and its "brothers." A nice, simple design, well-executed and affordable. In short, a "keeper."

Real muzzys
There is so many broadhead knock offs on Amazon but these are real muzzys the pictures show muzzy written on them and in real life they don't but I assure you thats how I have always got them and I have bought them from every place possable over the years. Muzzys are awsome perfect price point and you get a really quality straight broadhead.....and yes they come disassembled but don't think they are gunna be poor quality like the Allen ones you get from Wal-Mart or the cheap ones on here cause they actually have quality control on these all six irecieved and have ever bought have fit together tight and chisel tips screw right down flush...and the spin almost as true as my more expensive magnus heads.

Simply a great product at a great value
There is nothing not to like about these broad heads. Muzzy makes very high quality products, and these are no exception. The blades are delivered razor sharp, and are easy to assemble into broadheads. The blades are easy to replace as singles or multiples when they become damaged. At the price, I replace them every time I shoot. These days, there is a lot of hype (especially if you watch hunting shows) regarding large cutting diameter mechanical broadheads. While I certainly understand the value of additional cutting diameter, it is hard to pass up the simplicity, value and ease of use of fixed blades. Add to that the easy replacement of blades and the absolutely acceptable lethality of these blades and I don't see how you can go wrong. The only thing to remember is that fixed broadheads don't shoot the same as the field points you may practice with. In my experience, this starts to matter at longer ranges. If you aren't regularly shooting 50+ yards, maybe you won't notice a few inches of accuracy loss. If that matters to you, buy a second set of broadheads and some practice blades and shoot them instead of field points. I would love to post some photos of their value in the field, but wouldn't want to bother those who get a little squeamish at the sight of blood. Lots of blood.

It just puts em down!
Been using Muzzy 100's for many years and they are the real deal for putting animals down quickly and humanely. The locking design makes em tuff but also tricky to assemble but I've found if you start all three blades about half way down or less then you can push all three blades firmly in place at once. I'll start em and turn broadhead sideways, holding the threads, and push blades against a hard surface like the edge of a table and they slide right in together easily. Screw on the tip and tighten with included wrench then your ready to install on arrows or bolts. I like to align blades with vanes, for flight, by using small o-rings not included, similar to those found in NAP Thunderheads or equivalent. Always pick one to practice with often so your shot goes where you aim and they will not disappoint!

Best Broadheads Period!
I have read alot of claims over the years on so many broadheads, rets, arrows, fletchings, etc. By far, the Muzzy brand has always lived up to their name and what they claim. I have been using them since the day I started hunting with a bow 15 years ago and have always come back to them. The tip is an amazing cut-on-contact and bone crushing machine that puts all others to shame. I have also noticed through experimenting that these fly true compared to other fixed and mechanical blades on the market. I have come to trust in this broadhead more than the rest for its effectivness, reliabilaty, ease of use, and replacement/price of parts. It is the only broadhead I trust to do what I expect it to do and the only one still on my arrows. Thanks Muzzy for such a great product! Easy to put together once i watched a video on youtube. Once i got one together the rest was easy to do, i am not gonna lie it does take some patience but once u get one done you will know what i mean. Try with the practice blades first so you know how the fit together for the real ones. Trust me its not that hard to do unless you are very arthritic <not bashing anyone> just a fact as it does take bending your fingers and holding onto the tip/blades. I have arthritis in my hands and was able to do these blades all 6 in maybe 20 min. If you feel you can not do this you can purchase them already made for you, but cost more.

I’ve used these several times now for shooting. I find with a tuned bow these fly well with field points. I believe they were 1 1/4 difference from my 100g field points. I don’t use the practice head in these because you get 5-6 a package ... so I usually order two and use 1 broad head to tune in. Also these are really sharp be careful putting them together. It was confusing at first but once you get it ... they go together easily. But they are SHARP! I use 100 g. With Carbon Mayhem 350 arrows and they shoot really well 1” or less grouping.
