It included plenty of Teflon tape and high-quality rubber washers. Vine Tip: I suggest using the included tape on all threaded joints; I did this during the 15-minute install and haven't seen a single "misty" leak or drip from the diverter. • 3-Way Diverter: The brass valve is smooth. It allows you to run the rainfall head alone, the handheld alone, or both simultaneously. Usually, running both kills the pressure, but the air-in technology in the 10-inch head maintains a consistent "thrum" even in dual mode. This shower head and sprayer is amazing. I must admit I was skeptical to buy a plumbing fixture that wasn’t a name brand that I’m used to. But I’m so glad I took the chance on this one. I bought it to fix up a rental unit and so far so good. It’s been in use for 4 1/2 months now with no complaints just compliments. In a building with several other units I was worried about the water pressure being an issue with such a large 10” shower head & if the sprayer was used in conjunction and they’ve both had the great luck. Easy to install too. Took longer to take the old one off. The size is great, easily adjustable, looks high end, zero leaks as well. Given that is high gloss there aren’t any water spots which surprised me as well. Cleaned up well too. Highly recommend. Will repurchase

It is worth your money! We never changed a shower head before and it didn’t take us very long to figure it out, the instructions were clear and in the end it was easy. No leakage at all. The sensation is like a spa experience and the water pressure is perfect.

Good pressure. Make sure to add small plastic round washer that it comes with, so the piece connected to faucet won’t spray water all over the place. If you do not want it to RUST, tilt the square to drain the remainder of the water after each use. About 2 of the holes will start to grime and rust. However I prefer that than the whole shower head. Drain the shower host after each use by letting it hang down until it stops dripping. Won’t last forever but proper care will make it last a long time.

This 2-in-1 shower set with a fixed head and a handheld option works very well. Installation was quick and didn’t require any additional tools. Water pressure is good in both modes, and switching between the fixed head and the handheld shower is simple. The handheld option is especially convenient for rinsing hair and for more precise cleaning. The materials feel solid, and after several uses, there have been no leaks. Overall, it’s a comfortable, functional product with good value for the price. Recommended for everyday use.

This is NOT necessarily a review of the shower head, more a SHOT OUT to the company selling it..JAFETON! I bought it in August 2025 and loved it, but approximately 3 three weeks ago the diverter failed and broke at the junction with the water source. I tried to fix it, but no go. I knew I was long passed the Amazon return date. So, I contacted Jafeton by email. They had me send pics and what exactly happened. I did that and then didn't hear from them for a week. Then, I got an email apologizing for taking so long responding. They said they don't have a parts unit , but offered to refund part of the purchase price and I could then buy a new diverter. They even sent a link for what they suggest to buy. So, why the long story? Because so many problems like this can be easily settled with an little understanding. KUDOS to JAFETON, I thank you for doing business the RIGHT way. BTW, it's fixed and doing great. I will remember them when I'm looking for such items.

This was a thoughtful gift because it gets super cold at the back end of the shower. This was so we could use the square overhead and then the person in the back would have the detachable head. For this purpose, it is really great. Attaching to current shower was "fairly" easy- I say that because he is good with mechanics & I couldn't have done it on my own. Biggest problem is that the square overhead drips down for several minutes after the shower is turned off (shower stopper pushed down to regular bathtub flow) so cold water drops on us while filling up the tub after hosing down the tub to clean it prior. Overall it wasn't worth returning, but unless it's on sale I wouldn't recommend spending that much on it.

Great shower head. Water pressure is amazing. Easy to install. The only issue weve had so far is the main head does not stay up. It drops everytime its turned on while we're using it. We havent been able to get it to stay up. Other then that its great.
