This knife is that best boning knife I have used. Very sharp, Very grippy handle. Inexpensive but not a cheap product. Flexible but not too flexible. Looking to buy some other knives from F. DICK. Totally recommend.

Great knife but needs care and carefulness
Very sharp knives! The sharp end get damged easily if it meets with the bones when cutting meat.Be very careful of the tip! It punctures you so easily!

A great knife if you do any butchering.
This knife worked like a charm! I processed my chickens in half the time this year. It is very sharp and more importantly, it STAYED sharp. I processed 40 chickens for my freezer ad this knife really did the job. Also the handle has a great grip on it, it fits into your hand so comfortably. I would buy this knife again and again.

Makes the cut
Perfect. Extremely sharp with just enough flexibility to allow it to go around bones. The slight curve takes a little getting used to, since I previously used a straight boning knife

Inexpensive, durable and good quality
This is the same boning knife I used in culinary school more than 30 years ago. That one lasted nearly 10 years, which is a very long time for a knife I use a lot.

I've used these knives of F. Dick. Its razor blade sharp. I'm force to get these knives becauseI lost 3 set of it. My rating is 4 star cause it could not be send direct to my home address.

Best fish filet knife ever!!! This is my second one since I lost my first one on a stand up paddle fishing trip. While waiting for my next knife to arrive I had to use another "popular" brand and it's not even close to as easy to use. Highly recommend this curved sharp flexible knife!
