Now I can do my hip thrusts at home!!!
I started creating a home gym verse going to the gym because of poor management issues there. I was so excited to find this gem on Amazon! Now I can do my hip thrusts at home! I’m excited to add this to my routine!

This thing really works!!!
I just received this machine a few days ago but I’m already so impressed! I have a growing collection of lifepro products and this one is a new favorite. This was simple to put together, simple to use and boy can you feel the burn! My daughter and I have been using this everyday since it was delivered. We love it!

Good but....
It's it. My package was handed to a resident and it was not handed to a resident because no one was home. It was just laying on my porch when I got back. Accuracy is important!

Love!
This hip thrust machine is perfect for home. It doesn't take up a lot of room. When not in use can easily fit under the bed. It's easy to use and effective.

Uncomfortable
As a smaller stature person, this was very uncomfortable for me. Several times I tried to ask questions in the LifePro FB group after I received this product but my posts were declined. For me personally, it needed to be adjusted for my height. If you notice where the back pad hits, it wasn't working on me.

The name is correct!!
Used for several weeks and can really tell a difference in the glutes, core and upper legs!! It is easy to put up when not in use and not take up a lot of room. Multiple bands to work your exercise to your desired level. Very happy with this purchase!
