Vet recommended this for our older cat that was having some calcium build up in her bladder. She has been on it for 6 months now and doing great! Worth the money.

I was worried if my cat would like this because it says "unflavored" as the flavor, but he was excited about it and dug in. It was super easy to order and get vet approval, it can even get approved same day sometimes. This is a food that is unavailable anywhere that I live, so it is nice that Amazon can get it to me. So far, no worries about crystals in my cat's urine since the switch in foods! Only 2 days to deliver after the vet approval, fast and easy.

Pro Plan Veterinary Diets Purina UR Urinary St/Ox Fe...is an awesome food! It’s helped my urinary cat by promoting more urine! Less crystals in his urine. He seems much more healthy now that he’s eating this food! Update 10/21/25 It’s been 4 months and my cat seems to be healthy! Urinating properly and a lot of urine!

All of my cats end up eating it but the flavor seems to make them happy. Price went up at least $5/bag - ridiculous but the vet says we have to have it.

Cat loves it. My poor kitty has PU surgery and was put on urinary diet by vet. I have 3 other healthy cats who would fight for this urinary food over normal cat food lol

My 10 year old Rag Doll was very sick last year. He was in emergency care twice with uti problems. The second vet we took him to prescribed Purina Pro Plan Veterinary. He is thriving. He loves the taste and the smell isn't bad.

Easy to get vet approval on here once you have the prescription. My cat has not had any bladder infections or symptoms since transitioning solely to this food and has even dropped some extra pounds! My other cat who did not require this diet would hold out and wait for her to walk away so her could get in on it too. Cats love it

Excelentes croquetas. Las compré porque hace unos meses mi gatita se enfermó y orinaba sangre, la llevé al veterinario y a pesar de que le recetaron medicamentos, no se alivió. Entonces, cuando la volví a llevar a revisión, el veterinario (aparte de su respectivo medicamento nuevo), le recetó consumir de estas croquetas durante 3 meses porque posiblemente se trataba de piedritas en su tracto urinario, me dijo que con estas croquetas se le desbaratarían, y la verdad es que sí! Como santo remedio. Además le encantaron. <3 Eso sí, te recomiendo que hagas caso a las indicaciones de la ingesta poco a poco, ya que por ejemplo, el primer día yo le serví la cantidad normal que le servía de otras croquetas a mi gatita, y no las soportó, las terminó vomitando. Por eso mejor empezar poco a poco.

Cumple muy bien su función y el sabor es tan bueno que mis gatitas quieren robarle a mi gatito en recuperación. Es tiempo de caducidad es mayor a 8 meses en el que me llegó.

Excelente comida urinaria, a mi gato le dió una leve infección y con estas croquetas y con las latas se ha ido recuperando, sólo que tardó DIAS EN LLEGAR, lo mandaron por DHL y fue todo un PROBLEMA pero de ahí en más es la comida correcta (sólo por eso le doy 4 estrellas)
