Why did you choose this product over others?: I wanted these to fit under my motorcycle helmet without hurting my ears and to connect easily to my phone. These are slim and do not hurt my ears unlike some other makes I've tried. Connection is quick and reliable sound quality is good so overall pleased with these.

I'm really impressed with these little buds. The sound isn't as good as the more expensive ones but that's to be expected, hence the 4* not 5*. However the sound is still very good. I bought these because all other ear buds I've had have been too big and uncomfortable. These are so comfy to wear and feel very secure. I'm really happy with them and would highly recommend them to those with small ear canals.

I already have some Apple AirPods but needed a cheaper pair of wireless earphones for work & under a helmet. Very impressed at how good the sound quality is, truthfully they sound as good as my AirPods. I haven’t had them long enough to really judge how well they’ll last & it’s battery life capacity however, they’ve held their charge well for the time I’ve had them. They’re a good fit for my ears but I do have quite small ears. The case tells you the battery life of the ear phones but it doesn’t tell you the battery life remaining of the charging case but for the price, you can’t really go wrong with these & they’re cheap to replace.

Connects great and is quite comfortable certainly value for money at a reduced price. Have to wait and see on the battery life and how long they actually last . Sound is not perfect but more than okay for sleep mode .

These are perfect if you have small ear canals and like to go to sleep listening to a podcast/radio etc. I have struggled for a long time to find ear buds that dont hurt after 30 mins. These are so comfortable and the sound quality for what I need is fine. The battery life is sufficient for my uses so no issues there. The price is good value so I would recommend this product if you have small ear canals and are looking for comfortable buds tou can side sleep in.

I recently purchased the SK19 wireless earbuds and charging case from your store but am experiencing an issue. After charging the case for over an hour with the earbuds inside, the case and earbuds have not charged beyond 60%. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue by providing troubleshooting steps or offering a replacement. However, I have now succeeded in charging the case to 100%. I think this was achieved by using a different lead or leaving the case open while charging and/oI recently purchased the SK19 wireless earbuds and charging case from your store, but I was experiencing an issue. Bought for my partner. Lasted 3 or 4 month before they have died. Yes they are cheap to buy. But they are just a cheap product that did not last as long.

My favourite. Really blend with the skin and are smallyet powerful. Easy to control and store.
