These are certainly different! They are 'foamy' in texture. They were all a nice flavor. I bought this because the brand promotes it as a “clean” snack, and overall the ingredients are definitely better than what you find in typical processed products. The basics — potato or corn starch, sunflower lecithin, stevia, salt, and natural colors like beet — are all pretty straightforward and generally well‑tolerated. I appreciate that there are no artificial dyes or artificial sweeteners. That said, there are a few ingredients that aren’t quite whole‑food clean. Erythritol and dextrin are both more processed, and while they’re safe, they’re not exactly natural in the traditional sense. The biggest question mark is the vague “natural flavor,” which can mean a lot of things and isn’t very transparent. Overall, it’s a solid option if you want something cleaner than the average snack aisle choice. Just don’t expect it to be 100% minimally processed. Still tasty and definitely a step up from most alternatives.

I purchased this item to create diet friendly desserts for a household that has allergy sensitivities! I would highly recommend this product because... 1) Flavor: The flavor is identical to any pudding product. Most pudding products don't have the strongest flavors. I've never had extremely high expectations that they would be the star in any dessert item. However I do use this item as a base for recipes to create a creaminess and thickness to desserts. 2) Thickness: Produces a nice thickness and no clumping. I mix this product in a food processor to make a consistently smooth pudding product. 3) Allergy Sensitivity: I am gluten intolerant and sensitive to fillers and sugar alcohols. This product has not triggered an upset response! Overall, I would highly recommend using this product as one of many ingredients in a low fat, low sugar dessert!

Chocolate and vanilla flavors are much better than Jello Zero sugar pudding, these do not have that phony sucrose aftertaste. The strawberry flavor is nasty, with a phoney flavor, yuk. The second box of strawberry pudding will be donated, hopefully it's just me!

This did not come out like your typical pudding - thick and creamy. It was foamy and coagulated like cottage cheese. I followed the instructions exactly and as I was mixing it, it was thickening and getting creamy, but after sitting in the fridge for a few hours, it started to get loose and foamy, and then start to break apart and coagulate. The texture was not pleasing at all!! However, the flavor was really good, especially the strawberry, but the texture was horrible and I couldn't tolerate it. It was grossing me out. It was like curdled milk. I originally made it with 2% Milk, but I tried it with whole milk and almond milk, and it still came out the same. I also tried mixing it differently - like manually with a whisk and then with an electric hand mixer - I mixed it for the time specified on the box and then I tried it with less time. I tried making it a ton of different ways, but it would always turn out the same - thick and creamy at first, but then it would just loosen and get foamy, watery and coagulated.
