This Bone broth is very convenient for home,work and travel. The flavor is great,I usually have it for lunch and it is very satisfying. It mixes well,nice consistency and satisfies you when you are hungry but have no time. Just add hot water to the mix which comes in a convenient tiny pouch and is easy to open .
