Previously I used this product on/off but have just completed a full month and I have definitely noticed the suppression in appetite and the feeling of being full longer I have lost 3kg in one month with strict diet and light exercise

They are amazing, am not sure how they work but I feel fuller for longer and I don’t snack . I’d recommend they to anyone

I have purchase these tablet tablets for the last 3 months, I have tried a lot of different weight loss tablets but as I have allergies, none have worked and even made my stomach look bloated. These are absolutely amazing I can eat a sensible diet and exercise regularly, but don’t deny myself a treat, and they have given a flat stomach which was my problem area, and defined hips. I will continue to purchase these to help aid my journey to a better me.

I've been taking the two tablets a day as recommended for the last 3 weeks. I've noticed that I haven't been as hungery during the day and therefore not been snacking as much. Unfortunately after weighing myself for the first time I've actually gained 3 pounds! Not the result I was hoping for. I haven't felt the energy boost either. I'm disappointed at the moment but will persevere.........:-(

Although I have only been taking two of these daily, as recommended for the past three weeks nearly. I have found when taking them with my evening meal, I am not so prone to snacking through the evening, I must admit when I first started taking them I felt bloated, but that has seemed to settle down now. I have yet to jump on the scales to prove there effect on weight lose, but I am hopeful and will keep you posted. I will further keep taking for a while to fully put them to the test.
