This push-ups board is awesome. It's made very well and it is durable / sturdy. I love that the handles can be stored inside the board itself. Assembly is simple, even with all the attachments and included accessories, maximizing on versatility and performance. It's lightweight and portable. I love all the different push-up and exercise options.

Purchased this for my son to use in his dorm room at college. He has been using it daily as he is trying to stay in shape when he cannot get into the gym. It is high quality and great total upper body workout.

As a whole, a fine at home workout that you can even travel with. The board is nice and sturdy. All the pieces were accounted for and in good condition. The only critique I have for this is I feel like the roller wheel could do better with shorter handles. I suppose for beginners having the double roller wheel across the entire pilates bar isn't a bad idea. However for more experienced people that prefer using a single wheel, the long handles make it a bit awkward. Also I feel like the bands are a bit thin and fear they might break after not too many uses. I've only had it for a month and so far so good but I can't say I don't worry when doing some exercises. Other than that overall a good at home/travel workout set.
