Very tasty Soy Sauce and beats Kikkoman
I bought this soy sauce to make Shoyu Ramen with "J-Basket Japanese Style Ramen Soup Base Paste" To make shoyu Ramen, I first used Kikkoman shoyu, but that tastes like soy sauce soup instead of Ramen soup. So, I tried this one. Wow, the ramen tastes much better than most ramen shops' Shoyu ramen. Note for ramen lovers: You can buy "J-Basket Japanese Style Ramen Soup Base Paste" at Amazon or elsewhere. But Amazon is way expensive and for some reason's Amazon's reviews are not very good for this product. Since this paste has anchovy in it, it may smell strange for some people but after you make ramen, you don't notice this. Yamasa Soy Sauce + J-Basket Ramen Base makes an excellent Shoyu Ramen, and don't use Kikkoman for making ramen.

The perfect balance of salt, sweet, and savory…
This is an amazing Soy Sauce. I normally find Soy too salty but this has the perfect balance between salt, sweet, and savory. Perfect over salmon, vegetables, and of course rice. Give it a try, it will become you new favorite

Exceptional soy sauce. It makes a difference.
There is a local Asian cuisine grocery store where I sometimes buy this. One time the cashier told me "this is the one we buy." Quite an endorsement. It really is good. I thought they were all the same until I tried this. Discovered it at a really good restaurant. They had it on all their tables.

Just right flavor
Hands down my favorite soy sauce with toasty notes and a nutty flavor. Is not as strong tasting or salty as Kikkoman or Aloha brands.

Would recommend
I only heard of this brand of soy sauce at my hibachi restaurant that I go to monthly. It's now what I use for my hibachi at home. I do use the other known brand as well, but the other brand is really strong. I like this one a lot more with most cooking. If you haven't tried this brand, try it. I love this one more for my fried rice, steak bites, teriyaki sauce, egg rolls and stir fry veggies! Stomach is growling already!

Accurate
Exactly as advertised. A bit expensive but just what I wanted.

Great when nothing else will do
This is more like what real soy sauce used to taste like at Chinese restaurants. Now, the restaurant soy sauce tastes more like colored salt water.
