Huge Capacity and Excellent Quality Stockpot
As an avid home chef, I'm always looking for high-quality cookware that can handle large batch cooking. This 12 quart stockpot from Cook N Home definitely fits the bill! I've been really impressed by its performance. The size is absolutely massive with a 12 quart capacity. I've used it for big batches of soups, stews, stocks, boiling pasta, and more. It's big enough to can tomatoes or make huge vats of sauce. Yet the overall stockpot is still a manageable size and weight when full. The stainless steel construction feels extremely sturdy and durable. It has an attractive high polished mirror finish. I also really like the thick aluminum disc layered in the bottom which provides excellent heat conduction and prevents hot spots. The pot heats up quickly and evenly thanks to the tri-ply stainless/aluminum/stainless body. It works great on all cooking surfaces including induction cooktops. I've even used it in the oven without issues since it's oven safe. The snug-fitting vented glass lid is a nice bonus to lock in heat and moisture. The loop handles are designed to stay cool which is helpful when pulling the heavy pot on and off the stovetop. I still use potholders out of habit. My only minor complaint is the pot itself can get a bit heavy when full of liquid or food. But that's to be expected for a stockpot this size. Cleaning is easy - foods don't stick too badly and a little Bar Keeper's Friend keeps the exterior shiny. It's also dishwasher safe which is convenient for such a large pot. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this Cook N Home stockpot! The quality, size and performance are excellent for the price. If you need a big, sturdy stockpot for larger quantity cooking, I highly recommend giving this one a look.

Surprising quality
I just received this pot to replace a decades old pot that finally gave up. One of the reasons I purchased this pot was based on previous reviews that praised it’s quality for the price. I have to agree, this pot seems well crafted. Tight riveting, quality vented glass lid. I like that this top fits into the pot rather then over the pot like most other pans. This pot is slightly narrower and slightly taller then my original pot (both 5 qt) which is great because it is a better fit on my gas stove. The base is pretty thick. The pot has a nice heft to it giving it a feel of quality without being to heavy. The base rests well on my cast iron grates and resists sliding when carefully stirring contents, so by way of pots, the bottom isn’t slippery. Which I like. The handles are well attached. The rubber grips resist heat but don’t eliminate it. I carefully poured boiling water from pot to sink (kill the fruit flies) without using oven mitts. It was warm but certainly not like the red hot handles I was used to. Which is good, no actually it’s great! Nevertheless, I’ll continue to use oven mitts (mostly). So as to longevity, my old pot was about 20+ years old. That’s hard to beat. I’ll likely never know if this pot will last as long but first impressions are very good. Based on decades of cooking experience I highly recommend this pot. Have fun with it.

Very nice
This is a great little pot. Very sturdy. Thick bottom. Heats evenly. I wish I had started using stainless years ago but was always afraid food would stick. I finally got tired of flakey no stick pans with warped bottoms and out desperation picked this up up to give it a try. It was reasonably priced and not too big of an investment if I didn't like it. I love this pot. Use it everyday. You may have to stir a little more frequently but food doesn't stick. Very easy to clean. I have had this for a good while and it still looks good. No rust. The only thing I don't like is that the silicone doesn't cover the entire handle and it slips off to the side. It slips back easily. I make sure it's in the middle where it belongs before I put it on the stove and I haven't had any problems. Once the pot heats up it seams to stay in place. I always use pot holders just in case. Would buy again.

Nice pot but rack has floppy handles.
This large canner pot has worked ok for my purposes, which so far have been processing jam and jelly, mostly 8 to 16 oz. jars, some 4 oz. It holds plenty of jars, more than one batch, and I only make one batch at a time. It is very heavy, especially when full of water. I like that it is stainless steel, has a smooth bottom, and fits on my glass top stove. I add some vinegar to the water to help minimize calcification of the pot, which helps for cleaning. Three things have been tricky. 1. The glass lid fits into the rim of the pot snugly, but when the rack is raised it holds up the lid so it is not not seated as well, just something to be aware of (see photo). 2. The rack, which is very sturdy steel, has handles which are too loose to stay up when it is lowered. The handles flop over on top of the jars, and it is very difficult to get them raised simultaneously out of the boiling water, to be able to grab them with hot pads to pull up the rack. I needed an extra hand. I solved this with strings tied to the handles (see photo). But it would be nice to have a better system. 3. It also would be nice if there were some graduation marks on the inside of the pot so I could more easily monitor and adjust water levels. But overall, compared to my (rusting out) old enamel ware pot this is a very big improvement.

Great Sauce Pot
This sauce pot is just as described and is heavy and sturdy. The glass lid is nice as well and the steam vent hole is just what I wanted. A very good product.

Works great on induction stovetop
I gave away my Calphalon stockpot because it was too heavy. And that was before I had my induction stovetop. I’ve been looking for a replacement - something that will work with induction and is lightweight and easy to clean. This fills the bill - plus the price is right!

Mi mamá sigue adorando su sartén, fue una agradable sorpresa lo resistente que se siente desde el día uno. El tamaño es acorde a lo descrito y no hemos encontrado algo verdaderamente negativo, compraría algo mas de la marca.

I needed some new pots and I bought this one. It's a nice size, not too big, not too small. It cleans up very well and the silicone handles stay nice and cool. The vent in the lid is a nice bonus as it lets steam escape when simmering.
