Have been using this product for a little over a year. It has helped to fade my old age spots, leaving my skin moist and hydrated. It has lasted a fairly long time and do feel it is a value for money

It's a light moisturizer, I would use Kiehl's intensive moisturizer which is just wonderful to deal in your facial regimen. I feel it until the morning.

Love their products, this is taking too long for results. 2months no fading of the spots. AC’s products are awesome, but this disappoints

This is a nice, lightweight, smoothing, hydrating cream. It's a very gentle lactic acid product, nowhere near the strength of my usual lactic acid (Sunday Riley Good Genes), so it will offer light exfoliation and brightening, but nothing intense. I think it would be a great beginner lactic acid or for more sensitive skins. It's very lightweight and I can wear this under my sunscreen without getting too oily during the day. At night, I need to combine it with something heavier. I haven't noticed any changes to my melasma or sun damage yet, but will update if I do.

I am starting see fading of a scar on my arm and it also flattend the scar.

With age my eye lids and under eyes are starting to become a bit darker than I care for. I am very light skinned so to me it stands out. I ordered this in hopes it might help correct the problem. First for the amount I am using this is a big jar! Plus just a little goes a long way so its a great value. I love the fact that it does not burn my eyes as I have other products. Even when I accidentally ended up with some on my eye lashes there was no problem. Its not so thick that it feels like you are spreading paste but not too runny either. It feels light weight but I can feel just enough to know its a cream and not a watered down product. Not sure if it will lighten the dark circles but we will see in time. If nothing else I am sure its great for the small wrinkles.

I have been using Advanced Clinicals Dark Spot Remover Retinol Face Moisturizer Lotion both morning and night for almost three weeks. I do feel that I am seeing a difference in my skin. My skin is moist and hydrated. I have some sunspots that I do feel are fading a bit. It takes time to see results with damage like sunspots. I think even seeing a slight change in less than three weeks is wonderful. I have experienced no irritation or sensitivity to the lotion. I was worried that putting it on in the morning might make my skin oily during the day, but that did not happen. I have maybe 4 or 5 Advanced Clinicals products that I use. This is one of my favorites. It is a great product at a great price. Excellent skin care line!
