I really like the feel of the cloth vs leather chairs, leather ones tent to crack over time and our cat would leave scratch marks. It was easy to put together. Customer service is great. My teen son is on the heavy side so when he broke off one of the legs I contacted customer service for a replacement part and had one sent out with in a week. Then my son broke the backrest. I had worries that they would not cover it since they already sent a replacement part in the past but customer service was so nice and understanding and sent a replacement backrest with in a few days. I would definitely purchase this chair again. Out of the 5 name brand gaming chairs my son has gone through this is by far the best one of with great quality, comfort and stability.

This chair is a replacement for another gaming chair I had for a number of years that had the fake leather on it and tore off over time, so I decided to get one with a cloth cover instead. I'm happy with the quality of the chair and it looks like it will hold up well over time. It also looks really good. One thing to be aware of is that the chair seat is very firm. If you want a chair that is softer, this is probably not the best option for you. It is still comfortable and I'd still recommend it for anyone who doesn't mind a more firm seat. Another thing to be aware of is that the width of the back between the raised sides is rather narrow. If you have broad shoulders or are a bigger person, you may not be able to lean back comfortably in the chair. The chair can be put together pretty easily by one person and the only issue I had was the picture for attaching the seat back to the seat... the bar that attaches is shown in the picture backwards from what it is supposed to be. If you watch the video that they provide, it's clear how to attach it, but if you're following the instruction images, it may be confusing. The reclining lever is the type that you can push or pull and let go while adjusting the back rather than the spring ones where you have to hold it while adjusting the back. Either option is fine, but I find this style to be slightly more convenient.

So this is just a first few hrs after assembly review. Arrived earlier than expected, and assembly took about 40 minutes after unboxing and taking off all the plastic etc. Only negative with the install instructions was the foot rest tube's instructions don't tell you that they have a correct orientation they need to be in, which needs to have the wider bolt hole end facing the back of the chair to adjust to the tube angles, and tightening down once that is aligned before pushing the tube through to add the set bolt. So I had to take those off and reorient them to get the bars for the foot rest to slide in comfortably, adding to my overall install time which would have been less. Otherwise, everything lined up and installed very easily witht the hardware and holes. Installing the foot rest before attaching the bottom seat to the piston would make more sense, so you don't have to flip the chair over once it's been connected to fix the mistake. Second complaint is the lower lumbar pillow is definitely not the same as pictured. It's way smaller and shorter than advertised in the stock picture, and like some other pictures featuring other styles/options, it doesn't have a strap to adjust the lumbar pillow height. This means adjusting it to your back if you get up and sit back down every time. May have to explore some modification here to use it, especially when in intense game sessions and the last thing you need to do is stop to adjust your pillow every time it falls down. Had been looking forward to the big lumbar pillow to cover more area, so that was a bit of a letdown. Losing a star for the lumbar not being as depicted. Zips on the pillows, and seat, likely to launder the fabric as needed, so may end up adding some microfiber fill instead of the foam it came with, to give it more support for the neck pillow. As it just doesn't have the right level of firmness I need. After about 4 hours while I was working, the seat is comfortable to sit in, it didn't get hot or sweaty like my old pleather chair did after sitting in it, and feels very sturdy, and moves easy on the wheel casters. Seat adjustment levers are smooth and operate just fine in all positions. Overall, good value for your money, chair style and color looks great, and not like a cheaper chair. This would be a perfect 5 star chair for me if the instructions were cleaned up a bit for those who assemble it in a rush so they can use it, and havign the right pillows that should have came with the chair. Other reviews mention seat arm bolts coming loose. As with my other chair that this happened with, I installed with some blue threadlocker to keep that from happening just in case. Will come back to review after a longer period of use.

This is my first ever gaming chair and it makes a great first impression. As the title says, it's comfortable, it's sturdy, and the black and grey color combo looks really nice. the packaging was compact, the instructions were very easy to follow as everything is coded with numbers and letters to show where each hardware piece belongs to what part and how to install it properly. The foot rest is not necessarily a foot rest, it's more for your calves ( I'm 5'9") The assembly took me roughly 30-45 minutes. Only complaint I have with it is assembling the arm rests, while yes they flex to adjust to the backrest, screwing them in can be tedious since the screws sometimes jump out and make you start over again. I suggest having a second person help out with the arm rests by pressing them into the chair while the other person screws the hardware in. otherwise, i've had this chair for now roughly 2 weeks and it feels great. it's helped with my back pain a bit from my old lounger chair. i highly recommend also to vacuum the fabric before assembly, and give everything a nice disinfectant spray before sitting down on it; let the spray sit for a few hours / a day. As with most warehouse items / packaged items, this will come with a smell. I used the Febreeze disinfectant / odor eliminator spray on everything as i assembled it, then gave it a nice vacuum clean. no more smell! if you're looking for a first time gaming chair, or a low-cost, good quality gaming chair, or even a gift for your grandkids, kids, nephew, niece, etc. this is a good buy for them. There's also no noise or squeaking when spinning around in it or moving it around on the wheels. Very smooth motion!

I bought this for work after using a very old crappy chair for several years. I'm hoping this helps with my back pain! It was very easy to put together and had everything included for assembly. It even came with extra hardware in case you lose something. You may need a second person to hold the one back piece in place while installing the screws, but otherwise, it's a one person job. The chair is super comfortable, firm, and seems sturdy. It's very nice looking too! You can recline it and adjust the height up and down. The headrest and back pillows can be easily removed. I was worried it would be too big because I'm only 5'3, but it feels very comfortable for me. The reclining option and foot rest are nice bonuses! I'm looking forward to laying back and relaxing for quick breaks during work!

So far the most comfortable desk chair I have ever had. I don't do well with chairs with little to no padding but this one is perfect, the pocket springs in the seat have just enough give to be soft enough but not be mushy like thick foam seats. Seams are well stitched, looks nice and seems like it can be removed for cleaning (even the pillows). The frame is solid, made of steel and thicker than other chairs I have had (sopport from the chair seat to back is 1/4" thick steel plate). The arms are nicely padded and move with the chair back so no matter the angle they are in proper position. The attachment points for them have ball bearings in the arms where most places would have used bushings or nothing at all. Hardware is heavy duty and solid and moves silently. Only negative is the seat bottom doesn't tilt but considering that is where every other chair I have had failed at this point I see it as a plus. The last chair I had I replaced the entire lower part with a heavy duty one that could support 400 lbs (I'm 225 lbs) and it still failed at the pivot point due to cheap bushings. A good deal and easily worth it at double the cost to me.

Fantastic Chair! This chair is fantastic! Perfect for gaming. Box came a bit beat up but all parts were there. Very, very, very, easy to assemble. I've had 2 other game chairs and many computer chairs, and this was by far the easiest. Comfort wise, it's very supportive. The head rest is soft, and back support is great. It has a recline feature that does lock in the place you want it. And the chair goes high enough for me when adjusting the height. The arm rests are in the perfect position to rest my elbows as I hold my gaming controller and the material of the chair feels like good quality. Speaking of chair material, the best part about this chair is that its fabric. All of my other chairs were fake leather which would peel and crack within months of using it. Hopefully this fabric will last much longer.

It’s a good chair it just feel a little cheap not wiggle but it don’t feel like a nice sturdy chair but it’s comfortable that’s good but the leg rest feels very flimsy and I followed everything beginning to end other than this things it’s a pretty decent chair for it’s price I like it but I wouldn’t say 4 or five stars good

WOW... this chair is more than I expected.. compared to the old Obus Forme Office chair from 20 years ago.. this is a dream to sit in with more padding, more space on the seat and better arm rests, all for a quarter of the price paid for the old chair... It was easy to put together and it even arrived 4 days earlier than it said.. so big Bonus it was here before new Years game night. The foot rest is a little chintzy, attachment is suspect if there was a lot of weight ever applied to it... but who uses the foot rest much anyway.. For a TALL person, my man is 6'1" this fits well..

Can't beat the comfort at this price point. Very few ergonomic adjustments but expected in this price range.
