We ordered this dragon for our 8 year old grandson as part of his birthday present. We are sure he will like it as he loves dragons.

Absolutely awesome dragons! I purchased THREE of these, this blue one, a yellow/green & a reddish one. These are for Easter gifts, And I think will be a hit in the grandkid’s baskets! I believe them to be “delicate” and even I handle them with care, however they curl back up easily in their eggs. I returned the first one only because it had one section of the tail “fused” & I wanted it it be fully articulated & perfect. The customer service was amazingly fast sending out a replacement & I returned the one that was fused. I think these are very unique therefore fun to play with. These allow the kids use their imagination to incorporate a dragon into playtime. This way it allows them something different to focus on other than electronic devices! I also like how they’re produced via 3D printers & that alone will help expand their knowledge of how items can be produced. They’re a perfect size in my opinion, not overly huge or difficult to store, & the egg supplies a nice little protective home for them when not being played with. Everything about these 3 dragons I got is perfect, the colors of them, the size as well as a very reasonable price! I loved these enough to get three of them, I highly recommend this purchase especially as gifts!!

This is so cool! I bought it for an almost 6 year old, and honestly I'm kind of expecting it to fall apart based on other reviews. He's not the gentle kind, and it does seem a bit fragile. 😅 Regardless, the colors are beautiful. It's not holographic but it alpears that way because it is shiny. It's about softball-size and easy to hold in your hand. The bottom is flat so it stands upright. The egg screws open and the dragon fits inside with plenty of room. I would be cautious not to shove the dragon into the lower half of the egg when trying to close, and careful not to catch it's spikes while screwing the egg back together- there's still room in the top part of the egg for it to exist. There's also a little notch on the inside of the top and bottom part of the egg. If you line those up when you close it the scales will align once closed all the way. Overall really beautiful design, definitely very spiky and cool, but does seem a bit fragile. The feet are fixated in the position as pictured. It moves freely to a point as the back "bones" are linked together. I do think yanking on it or dropping it on a hard floor could break some of the many spikes. Time will tell how long it lasts! Beautiful colors, well-made, fun fidget dragon. My son loves the egg, too. We loved it so much we got one of the bigger ones as well.
