I have now owned this for over 6 months and find that it has been very easy to use and set up. I have made numerous projects and gifts for the entire family. It has been very accurate and fast while making quality items. It is compact enough to fit on a small desk. It is very simple to use from day one with superb functionality.

Now I’m not gonna lie there was a little bit of frustration and setting up this machine. The manuals are written by someone that has a 200 IQ instead of someone that has a 120 that could break it down and put a few more useful steps in, but you’ll get there between the book instructions and YouTube videos, getting started is a little harder but it’s kind of intuitive once you start playing around you watch a few videos you start learning the terminology the day after I got this set up I started looking at videos started reading the manual, etc. etc. and I am already engraving things, the coaster, and the Balsawood that come with it in the material pack . The software was easy to download from the Internet no problem works very good. Make sure that you keep all your papers together when you unpack your stuff because one paper that looks like it’s nothing has your software activation code on it. You’ll have to call the company if it’s not there or you lose it . I’ve only had this for a day, but it seems to be pretty fantastic so far. You do not have to buy the extra filter extraction case you can vent this out of wall or a window outside your house or garage no need to spend the $700 on the extra vent unless you feel that you want one. I bought one because I didn’t want to vent it outside in my garage. I didn’t want to put a hole in the wall . There is some frustrations putting this together. They do give you extra parts that they don’t tell you what they’re for I guess eventually in time I’ll find out. Do not get it. Rid of extra screws or extra parts. Keep them in a drawer near your machine.

I love this laser cutter! Well built. Easy to use. It came with everything I needed including software. And it showed up a couple of days early ! Definitely well worth the money

I absolutely love this thing. With everything I've thrown at it so far, it has "just worked" with default settings out-of-the-box. It seems very well designed and I love having the auto-focus system built-in. The alignment system is amazing. Sure, it may not have a built-camera like some companies have started adding, but if you look at the reviews, this very clever and quick alignment system is yet another thing that "just works"—it's easy to use and can be more precise than some of the camera systems I have seen. Make sure you use the included exhaust duct to route the fumes out the window unless you are using it in a fully open garage or something. And if you are doing more heavy cutting than engraving, I would recommend getting the add-on higher-power inline duct fan for added exhaust power. I think this system is awesome for first-time laser users and experts alike. It is powerful, precise, and has an extensive add-on ecosystem for doing even more with it—you can even swap out the laser module for other kinds of projects. Rarely am I this pleased with a product this quickly. I can't recommend it enough.

Outstanding Performance and product

Support sucks. I bought this new to replace a broken machine because I was getting ready for doing stuff for my son's wedding and orders for Valentine's Day. 6 hours of work - it did great! After that, air assist didn't work anymore and so the machine doesn't either. I have contacted xtool back and forth. Two weeks ago when I told them what was wrong there were tons of emails back and forth and then they agreed what the problem was - air assist wasn't working. They said they'd send me a new air assist kit. One week later, I received it and it was the wrong one. I contacted them immediately as I'm watching orders I have to cancel and my son's wedding coming closer. They said "sorry they sent the wrong one, it's for the M1." Well, duh! They said they would exepedite it, but is there any chance I would want to pay extra to expedite it? No way. You made the mistake the first time now send it. One week later and multiple emails again trying to get a reply of when I'm getting this kit! Nothing. So, I will probably return this expensive paperweight to them this weekend and then buy a more expensive one from a different company if I don't hear from them today and they can resolve the problem immediately.

Absolutely love this laser. Great quality. Shipping was fast, easy, and nothing was damaged or missing. Definitely recommend.

شهادة لله طلبت يوم 8 اكتوبر و كنت متخوف والله من ان المعروض غير حقيقي و نصب لكن وصلني على الموعد يوم 12 اكتوبر و المكينه ومرفقاتها كاملة و الله يبارك لنا و يبارك للتاجر و سعره في الوقت اللي شريت منه ارخص من علي اكسبريس بالف ريال تقريبًا كل شيء مشروح في دليل المستخدم للتركيب و لا تنسون تشيلون جميع الاستيكرات من داخل المكينة قبل تشغيلها، بالنسبة لتطبيقها بسيط جدًا و سهل الاستخدام لكن ينقصه الكثير و ما يدعم اللغة العربية و في الدليل موجود تطبيق آخر اسمه LightBurn مدعوم لكن معقد و بحر و لازم تتعلم من اليوتيوب عليه

When I ordered my Xtool, I received the wrong item, however, Amazon responded super faster, in less than 2 days I received the correct one. I have been using it for over 4-5 months. I had not previous experience with lasers and I do not have a designed or it background, so I have to say the installation instructions and the preparation to star using it was really simple, the software that they offer have a big selection of products to start and you can use a variety of materials, I have not giving 5 starts just because I have not pretty confident yet with the use.

The good: This laser is a very solid strong unit, packed well, minutes for the setup. XCS software works really well, cumbersome for some functions… but good free alternative for Light-burn. Laser speed and power is really nice, a bit of trial and error to test new materials, but solid overall. Each material in the XCS database has and holds specs on speeds and power, so once these are setup it’s easy to work. Airflow works well, I setup ventilation to work another minute after the job is done to take all the fumes out. The bad: Certain steps on the software are less user intuitive therefore you may get into the situation where framing would detach the focus probe which can get tangled in the material. Lack of a camera seems to me a miss, even though the pinpoint positioning system works well camera SHOULD be there. Bed size and working area... two different things: 23.93" x 15.16" (bed size), 19.61"*13" (work area). To reach the top of the working area sometimes is like reaching under the bed to write down of a piece of paper, too narrow opening in my view. Magnets hold material really well, while machine is solid, plastic finish is not a good option I think. Easy USB or WI-FI connection… again pleased with unit, missing the camera is really the biggest MISS in the design.
