Missing parts
The package only included the flush valve and fill valve, and was missing the tank hardware, tank seal and extra flush seals. I decided to go with another option and return this item due to the toilet disassembly and limited time available to wait for the issue to be corrected.

Not a long term fix
Installed for less than 1year and it leaks constantly. Worked ok in the beginning, but it hasn’t held up.

It works perfect. After i reached out about questions in installation
So I thought I had ordered the wrong valve, was about to do a return but before I did, I gave the company a call at 1-800-NUFLUSH. And I am so happy I did! They helped me figure out what I did wrong! I am 100% positive that most people who complain simply don't know what they are doing (like me) A+ service and extra help!
