ADVENTURES IN FLIGHT HERE I COME! FINALLY A SOLUTION FOR SLEEP & MY BAD NECK! A LIFESAVER A+
I'm a bit speechless. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. I will NEVER EVER TRAVEL on a long flight without this EVER! THIS EXACT ONE! I can't sleep anywhere sitting up. I am NOT lucky in that way and always jealous of those that hit a pillow and are sleeping in 5 minutes. I ultimately end up miserable on long flights. I bought this in a hope and prayer I can get just SOME sleep to prevent as much jet lag as possible. The flight was Los Angeles to London and I had business right away on the other end. I also have HERNIATED DISC issues in my NECK, for 30 years! I put this one and it was SO COMFORTABLE and I actually got about 5 hours sleep total on this flight sitting up!! I probably would have slept more if it wasn't for food service breaks. OMG. THIS IS THE ONE! I had ZERO neck issues and it ran COOL. I read a ton of reviews of others running hot and chose this carefully. The quality was great! THIS IS WORTH THE PRICE IN GOLD even if it lasted one flight, but I will use it again and again. I am ready to travel more now...!

I’m not a neck pillow person. And I love this pillow.
So for decades I’ve flown without a neck pillow. I always thought they looked dorky, didn’t work, etc. And my couple experiments with those inflatable donut types confirmed my belief: neck pillows are dumb. However, an especially hectic travel season, combined with a growing problem adjusting to time zones (and frankly, better pre-trip preparation that’s meant I’m not staying up all night on planes writing my talks!), made me think it was time to give them another try. Neck pillows are rather like headphones: comfort is very subjective, as are the standards we each use to evaluate what works best for us. Having said that, I find that this is FABULOUS. It wears very comfortably, doesn’t get too warm, stays in place, and really does keep my head upright. I’ve worn it on a 12-hour SFO-IST flight (full of young children), SFO-AMS, and elsewhere, and it’s been terrific; it doesn’t make up for being in economy, but it helps. It also packs down well into its own carrying case (though these things are never very small). They’re not cheap, but if they work for you, they’re worth it.

Almost Perfect Neck Pillow
I have been on the hunt for YEARS for a good neck pillow, and I think I have almost found it with the Cabeau Evolution Cool pillow. I used this on a 15 hour flight from California to Asia, and felt pretty well supported. I did get a kink in my neck for the last 2 hours of sleeping on the flight, which woke me up, but as another reviewer said -- after 12-15 hours anything is bound to fell uncomfortable -- especially if you are sitting in economy class. Below are pros and cons of the pillow: Pro: Neck Support - Really like that it is flat in the back so it doesn't just your head forward when you wear it. This feature sets it apart from neck pillows I have used in the past. It also supports neck relatively well for leaning on right or left side for sleeping right sitting up. Temperature Control - Very good! I have used other neck pillows like the TRTL (did NOT work for me at all) that were WAY too hot for me, but this neck pillow did not feel too hot on my neck at all. Temperature-wise it felt just right the entire time I wore it. Carrying Case - Fantastic carrying case that allows you to pack the pillow into a little ball. The carrying case can then be attaching to the external part of your carrying bag. Was perfect because it didn't take up precious space in my carry-on. Ease of taking on and off - Comes with a magnetic closure that is very easy to take on or off. Appearance - A relatively attractive pillow that doesn't make you look TOO crazy when you wear it. Cons: Price - This pillow is a bit pricey. Around $60 so that may be a deterrent for some, but as someone who travels quite frequently for work it is worth it for me to get a few hours of shut-eye. Front head support - My neck tends to bob forward when sleeping. Even though this neck pillow is supposed to support your chin I did not find it did a very good job when I had my economy seat all the way sitting up. I still slumped forward a little uncomfortably. However, if I pushed back my set to its full recline then the neck pillow it did its job pretty well. As you can see the pros outweighs the cons! So I would recommend this pillow to anyone who is looking for their "holy grail" pillow for travel!

I was able to get sleep but...
I had done a bunch of research prior to buying this version of the cabeau's neck pillow and decided to give it a go for my trip to London. On the flight itself, I put on the pillow and it does not disappoint in being to hold your head in place which alleviates any pains you might have from your head drooping. However, I am only 5'3" and my neck is not very long...When I wear it, the sides of the pillow hug my cheeks basically putting me in a neck brace and even if you had wireless or wired earbuds they may likely pop out due to the pillow being pressed up against your cheeks. While I was able to get a decent amount of sleep...the pillow being a bit too large made it uncomfortable due to it sitting right up against my face/ears. Storing it away also requires quite a bit of space so be sure to pack with it in mind. Finally, while I still feel the pillow is great, I wish it came in a smaller size.

Economy flight sleep hack!
It comfy, not hot and works surprisingly well at keeping your head from flopping around. I paired this neck pillow with the Illo eye mask on a 14-hour flight, and together they worked like a charm🙌🏻 I slept like I was flying first class on an economy lemonade budget!

Poor Chin Support for Larger Necks
Unless you have a pencil neck this product is far too short to fit comfortably around one's entire neck. In order to get it to fit around my entire neck for full frontal support, I have to pull the clasp super tight. Doing so has the cord and plastic clasp push and press up uncomfortably against my chin bottom. Also, the ad claims the clasp is magnetic. It is two plastic pieces that snap together and has to be released by pressing in a short column of plastic protruding from one of them.

Love it
This neck pillow supports my neck very well and is the best travel neck pillow I’ve ever had. The mesh fabric allows airflow, which makes it even more comfortable—especially on long flights, exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended.

First class sleep rig essential
This pillow actually keeps your head from tipping over and keeps your neck from becoming strained. As you can see in the picture, the pillow will likely come up over your jaw (unless you have a very long neck) so it will keep your head upright. And as you can also see, the poor fella in the background needs one badly lol. Regular travel pillows tend to slip out a lot. At least for me. We have several that are basically pointless. But this pillow stays put. For reference, my husband is 5’10” with a an average neck length. I’m 5’1” and I love my pillow too. You might look a little silly, but at least you’ll be comfortable. As someone who travels over 180 days a year, I can confirm you need a large stretchy travel blanket, an eye mask, some headphones, and this pillow. Now you can KTFO like a pro…zzzzzz.

Great neck support
Very portable and light weight. Great neck support for long-haul flights. Worked well with headphones on. Never felt too warm with the incorperated ventilation. Also doubled as a very good lumbar support.

Hace la diferencia
Un abismo de diferencia versus las almohadas tradicionales en forma de C. Se compacta fácilmente para ser transportado sin hacer bulto. Súper cómodo y da un excelente soporte al cuello. Lo recomiendo.
