I have been using walking poles for nearly 8-10 years. Was very helpful during the Ben Nevis trip. I had lost one of these and needed just one. Buying one or 2 is quite expensive compared to buying in multiples, doesn't harm having some extras. These are quite helpful when you coming down the hill, helps supporting your knees. Good alternative to expensive branded ones . We used in Nepal on the Annapurna trek and although the mrs kept losing hers mine stayed on . Our poles are Black Diamond.

Easy to fit most walking poles, good grip but a bit short lived. I recommend them, for average use, but mine last for about 40 or 50 miles of all terrain walking before I replace them.

Bought to use on The Fit Life walking poles. They fit perfectly and seem good quality. Very pleased.

Really bad. It only lasted around 8–9 km on tarmac — absolutely rubbish if you use Nordic walking or BungyPump poles. So I need to replace them after every session.

Los he usado varias veces sobre terreno duro y no muestra signos de desgaste, tiene buen agarre y es silencioso que es lo que buscaba, añadir que yo los he usado para cubrir la contera metalica de un bordon de caminar de madera, salgo a caminar por camino hormigonado/asfaltado y el sonido del metal en el suelo me resultaba molesto, queda muy bien ajustado y no se mueve, muy satisfecho con ellos, los volveria a comprar sin dudarlo.
